Terrible experience. The electronic queue system marks your order as "ready" when it’s clearly not — you go to pick it up, but they’re still preparing it. It just stays in the cooking queue for 1 minute,” then suddenly jumps to “ready,” even though it’s far from done. The food quality is awful: some items are cold, others hot, and the fries are especially bad — the oil tastes bitter (even in the morning!), and they’re way too salty. Really frustrating and unprofessional. They definitely don't follow Mcdonald's guidelines

This is precision-engineered comfort. First, the menu is a marvel. It’s like they’ve conducted a global survey of everyone’s guilty pleasures and distilled it into one streamlined offering. I had something called a Big Mac, and I’m still trying to process how two thin patties, a mystery sauce, and three pieces of bread managed to taste so… synchronized. The lettuce was shredded like someone had studied its aerodynamic properties. The fries? Golden. Perfectly salted. They somehow straddle the line between crisp and soft like it’s an art form. I swear I saw a potato’s soul ascend from the tray. But the real twist? I asked for the burger “without pickles,” and the cashier didn’t flinch. They just nodded, pressed a button, and—the pickles vanished. No debate. No moral judgment. Just seamless adaptation. Even the branding is kind of genius—golden arches, red backdrop. Bold. Confident. Almost… imperial? I don’t know who runs this place, but the attention to detail is unnerving. The napkins were all the same size. I saw a child drop their ice cream and a new one appeared before he could cry. I can’t believe no one’s heard of this spot. If they expanded—like even to a second location—I think it could be huge. Definitely a major hidden gem in Belgrade! I hope they open outlets in other countries too.

Отвратительный ресторан. Приходишь - очереди вроде бы нет, делаешь заказ, а они через минуту переводят заказ в состояние "Готов", после чего нам пришлось ещё минут 15 этот заказ ждать. И при этом принесли некомлект - не было соуса, игрушки в Happy Meal и вилки, за которыми пришлось ещё несколько раз вставать.
