My experience is mostly with drive through. While food is as it should be (no complaints here) in about 70% of cases, they instruct you to wait in a special spot, while the food is prepared. It can take up to 26 minutes for it to be ready, wait time averages just over 11 minutes in my case. When order is ready, an employee runs out to your car, and brings it to you. After numerous polite complaints about the annoying waiting game, nothing has changed. They act like drive through is a lesser, seperate dimension of McDonalds. When you are waiting, you can see inside, only to discover, people are getting same food what you ordered, which means that it is available. I have not experienced such a slow drive through service in any other Mcdonalds. It seems that management does not get the concept of fast food. If you are in a hurry, I would strongly advise to park your car and go inside to take the food with you. You will always get it much faster. Another complaint goes to management for putting only one server for two car lanes. I have not seen two servers for two car lanes, since this McDonalds opened half a year ago. There is !always! only one employee taking orders from both lanes - one at a time, does not matter if it is a rush hour or not. What is up with that? Big minus for bad management and redicolously slow service in drive through.
