We were having bad experiences while we had lunch here. A woman and her kid came to us begging for money. We didn’t want to give them money since we didn’t have any cash with us. Then they went away. After a couple of minutes, the kid came back touching one of our food trays. We already said no to the kid, but then she was spitting on us twice. The woman didn’t do anything to her kid, pretending not
knowing English and left. We tried to tell the store manager but the most disgusting and disappointing answer from him was “We can’t control who came because she also bought food here so she’s also one of the customers”
What a weird logic
Then it will be acceptable for us to spit on other customers too??? Since we also bought food from here.
The manager did offer us refund or exchange but we’re no longer interested.
This is truly unacceptable and no one should have this kind of experience.

Please be aware if you’re a tourist wants to dine in as we got bad experience by beggar (mother & child) approach and ask money to us. Since we were in the middle of enjoying and eating the food also we didnt carry the cash, so we politely declined the beggar. After that the beggar went away that we expect the beggar leave the kfc. Unfortunately, the beggar still inside the kfc and ordered some food and suddenly the beggar (child only) approach us again to ask money. We politely declined again, however the beggar spontaneously SPIT SALIVA ON US and GIVE US INAPPROPRIATE HAND SIGN that we have to ask excuse me. The bad part is not only that, we report to the cleaner in site and she can’t understand english, and we also report manager in charge that he respond that the beggar also the customer and offer the refund. However we dont expect to get the refund but please treat your customer respectively that if we use the logic of manager so each of customer has the right to do the same bad action to others

We had a terrible experience while dining here. Two beggars approached our table and asked for money. We politely declined as we didn’t have any Serbian dinars, we only use cards for purchases since we’re staying just two days.
Although they eventually ordered food, another beggar (a child around 4 to 6 years old) came to our table, asked for money again, and then spat on our table twice.
We reported this to the restaurant manager, but he said he couldn’t do anything because “the beggar is also a customer.” By that logic, does every customer have the right to spit on others?
He offered a refund or replacement meal, but we chose to leave without accepting anything.
