Dežela Okusov is our favorite resaurant during trip to Ljubljana in May, we visited twice just for the BBQ pork ribs, we can taste the smell of charcoal grill and meat is tender, big portion can be shared by 2 pax, also recommend the mushroom soup, kept us warm in the rainy days. Service was also good. You shouldn't miss this amazing restaurant!

The food was very good. The ribs in particular impressed us a lot, just perfect (and I am not even a huge fan of the dish in general). You can feel the food is made with care and knowledge. We were very well received, even though we arrived a bit late. Ah and the gluten-free bread is quite good and has a nice crust (not easy things to achieve in the gluten-free realm :)) A very positive experience.

The highlight of my meal were the baby back ribs. Cooked to perfection, they were incredibly tender, juicy and easy to savor. While there was a bit too much BBQ sauce than I prefer, it was still delicious. In addition to ribs, I also had the pleasure of trying the sea bass fillet. It was a delight, with the fish being juicy and seasoned beautifully. For dessert, I opted for the panna cotta. Although the strawberry topping wasn't to my liking, the panna cotta itself was heavenly. The ambience of the restaurant was wonderful and unique. The attention to detail in the decor and layout truly made this place stand out. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience without having to worry whether something is gluten free or not. I'm looking forward to returning to this establishment in the near future.

Original place, form by restaurant - pub, and B&B upstairs. The people it fantastic, very kind and beautiful. Cleanest, and well done. The harmonic area by wood reserves originally feel like a family. I’m very very satisfied!! The kitchen it fantastic, the taste it simple but delicious….. what about, need to back for another week.
