First day we didn't have time to use the spa due to an event. On the second day (20.07.) the stuff members refused to allow us to stay longer than 12:00 which is a shame, as we have already booked massages at 12:15. The only way ist to pay just to stay for 45min longer. As everything else was "ok", bad service ruins it all - definitely not recommended.

The place is average. The only thing good about this place is the breakfast. Location is about 15 minute drive from the Exit Festival. It has a decent spa and two pools but no gym. Rooms are not huge, not small. We only had 1 key for 3 people and when we asked for another, they said no. It made things difficult not having multiple keys. They never cleaned our room in 4 days, we had to go and ask the desk for more toilet paper. We were checking out, planning to stay at the pool and they wanted to charge 15 euros to use the pool and spa and then they said they didn’t have any space, saying they have to treat guests first. We literally were guests 15 minutes ago. So having to beg for a spot at the pool because our flight isn’t until later. I have been to many resorts, this is the first time I have had to pay to use the pool after being a guest. Would not stay here again given the treatment and service.

The rooms facing the street are noisy. You can't open the window at night because you will be woken up by the noise of the cars constantly passing by.
