De ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Bij aankomst kregen we drank, gebak, chocolade en lokale specialiteiten in overvloed. Er was geen haast. Je voelde jou enorm welkom. Vooraleer we aankwamen was het contact met Selma heel goed. Ze antwoordde meteen en spontaan op de e-mails die ik stuurde. Ook tijdens de rafting experience gaf Duje duidelijke instructies, hij maakte veel mopjes en hij nam zijn tijd, zodat we ten volle konden genieten. Duje zorgde er zelfs voor dat hij de boot zodanig draaide, zodat we telkens van alle mooie uitzichten konden genieten. In het midden van de tocht stopten we voor een pauze om te eten. We kregen sandwiches, chocoladebars, vers lokaal fruit en water. Bij terugkomst met de bus kregen we opnieuw lekker eten en mochten we proeven van hun zelfgemaakte sterke drank. We genoten van de volledige dag en de gastvrijheid van deze mensen. Duje en Selma bieden een totaalervaring aan die niet te vergelijken is met andere aanbieders. Bij hun moet je zeker boeken!

Exceptional day – 10 out of 10! We were two families with four kids/teenagers, and this was truly one of the highlights of our holiday in Croatia. Duje picked us up from the parking area and brought us to his home, where we were served an amazing homemade breakfast prepared by his mother – such a great start to the day. The rafting itself was unforgettable. We experienced rapids, floated through a cold, dark cave, jumped off cliffs at two different spots, and swam alongside the raft. Duje was incredibly friendly and fun – giving the teenagers plenty of freedom to jump, play, and enjoy the river at their own pace, while always keeping safety in mind. Best of all: we didn’t see a single other boat the entire day. It felt like we had the whole river to ourselves. We were served lunch by the river, and after the trip, we returned to Duje’s house for snacks before heading back. An absolutely fantastic day filled with adventure, laughter, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended – 10 out of 10!

This was a highlight of our trip to Split. Selma and Duje were very accommodating in collecting us from a pickup point close to our apartment. Breakfast was prepared (but Duje's mother) when we arrived at Cetina, and it was so enjoyable. A perfect start to our day. Duje then brought us to our starting point for rafting. Duje is a very experienced rafter, and that was evident with his attention to detail, in getting us prepared for our 12km trip. The rafting was so much fun. There were a number of stop off points along the way where there was the option for extra activities such as jumping off rocks into the river, immersing yourself into a waterfall and having lunch (again provided). The views are spectacular, and the water is so clean and pure. Selma and Duje schedule one trip a day and really build the trip around you. There is never a feeling of being rushed you can take your time and enjoy nature at its best. We were a party of 5 2 adults and 3 young adults and everyone had an amazing time. If you are thinking about rafting I would totally recommend Rafting Experience Cetina. It was not only a highlight of our Split holiday but easily one of the best, fun and most enjoyable things we have ever done.

The best day of our holiday! Stunning scenery, gentle paddling, adrenaline rushes, and so many different activities throughout the day. We chose to do our rafting experience with Duje and Selma as it's pretty much the same distance that other tours offer in a morning or afternoon, but Duje makes it a whole day trip with a relaxed start, broken up with lots of breaks for activities, so it never got tiring and we experienced so much more. And what amazing experiences! We started with a delicious breakfast at their house that included courgette fritters, fried dough balls and dried figs, then headed off onto the river. Within ten minutes of paddling we were already at the first rapid, so you don't have to wait long for the excitement to begin. Soon after there's also a rope swing too that you can jump into the river from, which was lots of fun. The rapids are exciting and come fairly frequently, and even the harder ones are fine. There's one that's more difficult about halfway and Duje does that by himself, whilst we all either went through a cold water cave or bypassed the cave on an alternative path. I can only swim a very little, but Duje kept me at the back near him to keep an eye on me and it felt so safe I even joined in floating down a stream in the river on my back - a real highlight for me! There was plenty of other fun - cliff jumps, spinning through the rapids, even doing a gentle rapid backwards! You can definitely paddle at a gentle pace, which makes it suitable for all ages, but with great adrenaline rushes too. I have had some back issues in the past and had some concerns beforehand about whether it might be too much of a strain, but Selma reassured me I'd be fine, and I could take whatever breaks necessary and even sit in the boat and not paddle at all if needed. My back was completely fine as there's so many fun breaks (plus a delicious picnic stop for lunch) we were never paddling for more than 10 minutes at a time without a rest of some sort. Plus, it's possible to take breaks all the time even during the paddling stages. Because of the time we started, we mostly had the river to ourselves, so the day felt like a very tranquil and private experience. We finished off back at their house with more snacks and picking peaches from a neighbour's tree. Really amazing experience and excellent guides.

Our family had the best time rafting down the Cetina river with Duje. Starting with a warm welcome at his familys house with pastries and chocolates. The trip down Certina was beautiful with amazing nature all around. And all the time Duje made sure that the trip was in our pace. If we wanted to stay and swim some more or have more cliff jumps, it was no problem. He just wanted us to have the best trip possible, and we did; also due to to his great sence of humor ;) Going down the river we didn’t meet any other boats, because they prioritize one stressfree trip a day. It is really nice and we appreciated the secludeness. We had a really great day and at the end at Dujes home, we went around their garden and was told to just taste whatever we felt like. We had some really tasty tomatoes and peaches. Over all we had a really great, beautiful and fun trip. To go down the Certina river, there are lots of agencies to choose from, but if you want an experience where you and your family is the center and the focus is on you, then pick Duje and his family business.

As a family of 6, this was a fantastic experience which we experienced on the 5th July.Duje is very knowledgeable , experienced and entertaining. From arrival at his home to the end of the day we were very well looked after, from breakfast & lunch to picking & eating home grown peaches. We felt thoroughly safe and this will be remembered and talked about for a long time to come. The go-pro footage arrived the next day and is wonderful to have. Absolutely brilliant! From booking to the actual experience was brilliant. Selma and Duje were very easy to book and get information from. The home cooked breakfast and coffee was lovely. Our day on the river was great- we did river jumps, rapids, a refreshing spring swim and picnic lunch. Duje gave us plenty of instruction so we were safe but had lots of fun! His hospitality at the farmhouse after our adventure was lovely- plenty of snacks, fruit from his garden and drinks. This independent rafting company has to be the best in Croatia.

Best day of our trip to Croatia! Duje was an incredible guide. He did everything possible to make our day perfect. He personally picked us up at our Airbnb, took us for breakfast at his family home, took us down the river he grew up on and knows intimately well, found lots of places along the river for extra adventure (caves, jumps), fed us a yummy picnic lunch, then stopped by home after the river on the way back for bites of food and liquor his family makes. And only when we we ready with no rush at all, he returned us home. A day later we received gorgeous photos of our day and a video montage of all of the fun adventures. You absolutely cannot do better than picking this tour!

We had an absolutely wonderful day on the river with Duje. His welcoming attitude combined with a chill and relaxed program inbetween the stressful mass tourism ment we could enjoy the beautiful Cetina river all by ourselves, taking breaks, doing cliff jumps, cave exploring and snack stops whenever we wanted to. There was never any rush or pressure, so even the older and less fit people felt encouraged to try and do a rope swing, climbs etc. It was such a lovely day, thank you so much guys!

An absolutely great day adventure. Duje was a brilliant host and guide. He avoids the busy times and puts on one of the best 5-6 hours of family fun we’ve experienced on holiday. Jumps, rapids, a cave, swimming down rapids. If I could give 6 stars I would. I’ve rafted all over the world and whilst these are the craziest rapids, the whole day was the best one I’ve done. If you’re looking for a great adventure in Croatia you should book this trip. Take some Euros to purchase his own made olive oil and drinks.

While looking for a great rafting spot near Split, I asked ChatGPT for a recommendation and discovered something truly special. Selma took care of the communication and made everything smooth. When we arrived, we met Duje, who led the entire experience and turned out to be an incredible host. We chose to drive ourselves, even though transport was available. From the moment we arrived in the village, everything felt warm and welcoming. We were served delicious homemade food – crispy zucchini fritters made by Duje’s mother, chocolate-filled croissants, fresh juice, and coffee. Everything was fresh, simple, and perfect. The rafting itself was just as impressive. The river was beautiful, the route was fun, and we even had a picnic stop along the way. Duje created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made the whole day even better. After the rafting, we sat down again for more food, enjoyed some local drinks, and had great conversations. It was one of the most memorable days of our trip, and if we come back to Split, this will definitely be on our list again. Absolutely recommended.
