First of all, I love, love, love my Lupit Pole (Diamond GS 45mm Stainless Steel) and accessories (e.g., Crash Mats and Grip Pad). I spent months reviewing poles to purchase. Finally, I went to a pole fitness studio where Lupit poles were used. That is when my love for the Lupit poles started. And I have not been disappointed. Customer Service deserves an A+ rating. My Crash Mats came later and Customer Service kept in-touch with me throughout the process. I heard from a number of their staff members including their leadership. I love Lupit Pole! Their poles in stainless steel are amazing and have a great grip. They spin so well that I have to get used to work with less momentum. The installation is very easy. The costumer service is outstanding. They are always trying to help you and to make things easy for you. Usually I've gotten responds after a few minutes. Production and shipping time is as promised or faster. You can absolutely rely on them. I would highly recommend working with Lupit Pole <3
