bought the Lite+ AR KI TECH earplugs and have had the best sleep I’ve had in years. They take a couple of days to get used to but once your ears accept them they are very comfortable. Mine have also lasted longer than 100 days. Now on about 110. Great customer service from this company, although I suspect they don’t work over weekends. Their replies are from real human beings and they do their level best to sort out any issues you may have. They’re also trustworthy in terms of returns. Love this company!

Ich habe am 13.07.2024 faltbare Wanderstöcke für 99,95 Euro bestellt. Bisher leider nicht erhalten, obwohl die Lieferzeit nur 3-5 WErktag dauern sollte. Über PayPal habe ich mich mit ERTG,......in Verbindung gesetzt, aber auch bis jetzt keine Nachricht bekommen. Nie wieder. Leider habe ich die Rezenssionen zu spät gelesen. Ich kann nicht einmal 1 Stern vergeben, muss ich aber leider, da ich sonst nicht posten kann

FINGER. WEG! Völlig überteuerte Ware, unseriöser Kundenservice. Null Sterne geht leider nicht. Die Firma sitzt in Ljubljana (Slowenien), suggeriert aber mit deutscher Domain einen Vertragspartner in Deutschland vor. Versand erfolgt zwar aus Ahaus in Deutschland, Rücksendungen müssen aber teuer nach Slowenien adressiert werden. Angeblich besteht laut Leiterin des Kundendienstes (eine ominöse Maja) inzwischen „zur Verbesserung des Kundenservices“ die Option der Rücksendung nach Ahaus in Deutschland. In der Korrespondenz mit dem Kunden wird jedoch weiterhin konsequent die Rücksendung nach Slowenien gefordert. Dem Kunden werden Rücksendungen per einfachem Brief usw. empfohlen, obwohl das Verlustrisiko dann einseitig beim Rücksender liegt. Auf der Webseite werden Versprechungen gemacht, die nicht eingehalten werden. 35% 1-Sterne Bewertungen bei Trustpilot sprechen für sich. Erst nach Korrespondenz und Rezension wurde der Kaufpreis vollständig zurückerstattet und eine Rücksendung an das Versandlager in Deutschland angeboten.

Magnifica experiencia. Tras probar muchos protectores para los oidos anteirormente, me he dado cuena de que hay un antes y un despues de probrar BOLLSEM. Muy comodos y ergonomicos y aislan mucho el ruido. Son mas caros respecto a otros productos pero tras probarlos, te olvidas de ello. Muy muy recomendables.

I’ve been using them for about a month and I wouldn’t change them for anything. Soft medical silicone offers the best comfort and adjusts perfectly in the ear canal. The noise reduction enables me to sleep peacefully, but I can still hear my alarm clock in the morning. Perfect fit!

Zatyczki Bollsen nie warte swojej bardzo wysokiej ceny do tego bolesne przy zakładaniu. Maja nie odpowiada w sprawie zwrotu, niektóre adresy mailowe są nieaktywne. Muszę przyznać, że ktoś to dobrze spozycjonował na google, brak negatywnych komentarzy, polecane w różnych rankingach (pewnie ustawionych), widać, że pozytywne komentarze pisane przez boty, no cóż można się nabrać, 120 zł w plecy...

Habe bei Bollsen 3 Set Moto-Gehörschutz bestellt und am 6.6.2023 mit Kreditkarte gezahlt. Der Betrag EUR 49.90 wurde umgehend auf meinem Konto abgebucht. Die Ware ist bis heute nicht bei mir eingetroffen. Auf Nachfrage hin meinte Frau "Maja" von Bollsen, dass bei ihnen keine Bestellung eingegangen sei. Als ich den Bankbeleg der Zahlung vom 6.6.23 mailte, dann hiess es....ahh doch, Ware wurde verschickt am 6.6.23. Ich bat mehrmals um die Paket-Tracking Nummer aber auch diese habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Fazit: Bei Firma Bollsen werde ich nichts mehr bestellen; sieht nach Abzokke aus!! Meine EUR 49.90 sind nun futsch.....!!

Nach 15 Einsätzen im Wasser lässt die Elastizität nach: die Stöpsel sitzen etwas locker und ich muss beim Schwimmen nachregulieren. Zum Trocknen schlage ich die beiden Lamellen um. Das garantiert gute Abtrocknung: Angenehm bei der nächsten Anwendung. Wobei sich damit das Nachlassen der Sitzqualität erklären lässt? Die ständigen Nachfragen/Werbebegehren des Unternehmens stören! Die Grössenermittlung per Foto sind Fake! ...So ermittelt der Fachmann/-frau nicht die Anatomie des Gehörgangs.
