Produit commandé (3 culots) ne correspondent pas aux photos disponibles sur leur site. Je demande pour les renvoyer et obtenir un remboursement. Les frais de renvoi sont à ma charge (destinataire en Slovénie). A ce jour et malgré plusieurs relances par mail, je n'ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement. Dans l'attente, 1 étoile me semble un maximum à donner...

Commande payée commande j'aimais resu je les ai contacté par mail pas de réponse on plus.. ça commence vraiment à me courir sur les asricots je sais pas comment faire pour recevoir ma commande n 64797 si il y quelqu'un qui lit ce commentaire et qui travaille chez svetila ben merci d'arrêter de faire les mort. Similar to other complaints, I placed an order over 2 months ago and never received the order. I've sent multiple emails asking when I can expect the package or if they can check with the shipping company and no response other then I should have paid for better shipping if I want to be able to track the package (this was not stated on the site). They've also refused to refund. I would not recommend anyone placing orders with this guys.
