Me and my boyfriend randomly decided to go in this luxury store. The service was amazing. The two people working there were very helpful and sweet. We learned a lot about clothes, their material, what suits us and where to find more info about special brands that no many people know about. I don't get the vision of all the people that are hating this store because my experience is amazing and i definitely recommend to go check it out. Thank you for the great experience. I learned lot:)

To whoever runs this “business”, change the staff, or teach them to be more respectful to the customers. Having an empty store, with some nice pieces, but rude employees in the middle of the city centre is such a shame. First of all, this is nowhere near a “sophisticated” nor shall I try saying “exclusive” store as some may think it could be. The store experience is the absolute OPOSITE of anything called “pleasant”! The staff is the most rude as it can get, judging you from the moment you enter the store, if you are not “by their standards”… The imaginative standards which are far from anything “high end” as they wish to think it is. Since you’re already reading a review of this so called “high fashion” store, I trust you’ve all been in a few already. I also beleive, we’ve all been in a few. This is nothing but terrible behaviour from all the staff, which are far from respectful and honest, not earning peoples trust and not even trying to serve you as best as they can. The worst thing is the fact that they only have one or two sizes of each piece in the store, but they act as they have a whole wharehouse of choice…

I recently had a very bad experience of visiting Ihan store. At first I was attracted by it’s luxurious setting and high-end brands. However, the upscale ambiance sharply contrasted with the disappointing service I received. The staff is far from accommodating; they are consistently impolite and rude towards customers. I love when a visit to a high-end store is a whole experience, starting from the service, the ambiance, the smells, that make you spend hours shopping. Ihan store is always empty due to the staff’s uptight attitude and the overall atmosphere. This could have been a pleasant shopping experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Ihan based on the service I encountered.

Terrible Service and Arrogant Attitude - Avoid at All Costs! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I visited this "luxury store" hoping for a pleasant experience but was met with the worst service. At first I was happy that a store like this has opened in Ljubljana. But the staff carries an air of superiority that instantly makes you feel insignificant upon entry. They arrogantly "joke" about demanding a purchase commitment before even allowing to try anything on!!! The staff together with the manager, have such an attitude, with no regard for basic courtesy or respect. Their attitude towards customers is a reflection of the store's toxic culture. It's evident that customer satisfaction isn't even on their radar. Although the products and the brands are attractive, the toxic atmosphere ruined any chance of considering a purchase. It's clear they prioritize egos over customer comfort. This wasn't a one-time occurrence either; it seems rudeness is their standard operating procedure. I'd strongly advise against visiting this store. It looks beautiful, but save yourself the trouble, and if you're interested in the brands they offer, find them elsewhere or order online. The store experience overshadows any semblance of luxury their items may exude. Buyer beware: if you're seeking respect and a pleasant shopping environment, this place scores a solid zero.
