On January 28, I purchased a disposable vape from the new collection for 1,600 dinars (guava flavor). That same evening, both devices from the package burned out and had an unpleasant taste.
On January 29, I went to the store at Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 86-90. The saleswoman I spoke to contacted the manager, checked the devices, and replaced them with the same product.
On January 30, the problem happened again. The saleswoman once again contacted the manager and told me that I would receive a call on Friday or Saturday. However, I never received a call, my receipt was not returned, and I didn’t get my money back. I was simply left alone with this issue.
I assume this is a defective batch of products. I request a refund or a proper solution. I have always chosen your store, but this treatment of customers is unacceptable.
I am reaching out to customer support to resolve this issue before leaving a negative review.
UPD: The customer support email listed on your website has not responded to my complaint since February 4.
The manager only contacted me nine days after I complained in the store.
On February 11, I was finally able to pick up a replacement device, but it burned out in just 4 hours – both devices! This is outrageous! Your salesperson couldn’t even explain what the issue was and just said, “You were simply unlucky.”
This is a complete disregard for customers. Once again, I was not given a receipt, and they just told me, “Hopefully, everything will be fine.”
You do not know how to treat customers properly. I will not waste my time a fourth time just to be left without a receipt, without devices, and without a refund once again.
