It’s around 7 years that I maintain my bike at this place, that time flew by fast but I only have grate memories whenever I think about it. During all that time this dealer Ducati Serbia / Burnout only gave me the best quality service and the people that work there were always so good and kind that I view them almost like family. In all those years there was not a single time that someone did something bad or made me question if I should get a different brand, and believe me I changed a couple of bike brands and 2 dealerships before and the customer experience was straight up horrible in those dealerships. That made me appreciate Ducati and this place even more, only when you see how bad stuff can get can you appreciate good service. Also Ducati makes beautiful and very well built and engineered bikes so that plays a part in the experience as well, it’s just all next level compared to the competition here at least. Hope that I get to have many many many more years of the love for riding like I do now, and that I can fall in love with new beautiful models they release. Thanks for everything.
