Definitely, the worst Mercedes service! My husband has had a very bad experience in this service. Some parts were not returned on our vehicle after service, besides other inconveniences that happened. My husband wrote a bad review and was told to contact them, in order to solve the problem and apparently to "improve themselves" (yeah right). After a few emails back and forth with customer service, they accused him of lying, even after receiving pictures showing the truth of missing parts. When they found out it was definately their mistake, they just stopped responding to emails. Not just a bad car service but customer service is not any good either. Whatever they say here when they respond in the reviews is not true. I hope their bosses see these reviews. Don't use this service if you care about your car!

Sve je urađeno po dogovoru. Problem sa multimedijom na B klasi je rešen, a greške uklonjene. Nisam dugo čekao ni na prijem u servis, ni kada sam preuzimao vozilo. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno. Posebno bih pohvalio gospodina Vojina, sa kojim sam najviše sarađivao ovom prilikom. Veoma prijatan, uslužan, fleksibilan i predusretljiv momak. Zadovoljstvo je bilo sarađivati s njim. Moja topla preporuka za ovaj ovlašćeni mercedesov servis, do koga se lako i dolazi.

The WORST Mercedes service in Europe. I came from Sweden to service my car, paid inflated price and on my way back I found out that some parts under my bonnet are missing. They didn't put back Mercedes sign, many plastic lids and covers. So unprofessional. They didn't bother to let me know that they would keep my car longer than what I was initially told. 3 days I didn't know what was going on with my car. Never again. Avoid this service at every cost for your own sake!
