I ate a seafood pizza that not even in Rovinj ... When I lived nearby Zvezda has always been a landmark restaurant, so I have been going there for many years. Today that I live further away, I am very happy to go back to this restaurant ... Today October 5th I ordered a seafood pizza which was so good that I had to get up and compliment the pizza chef ... First of all the tender, slightly salty, really soft and tasty dough ... then the garnish .... I asked for a variant with the `` dodatno '' that is the addition of fresh champignon mushrooms .... After a nice and attentive approach by a guy at the tables who took our order, after less than 10 minutes the pizza was already at the table ... At the sight I thought that maybe the pizza chef was wrong, he was so rich and tasty .... Then a flood of fresh porcini mushrooms to create that unique and unmistakable taste ... Mussels, octopus and two large prawns ... Here comes the beauty. I noticed that the large prawns were first of all two instead of one and were added later, cooked on the plate separately ... in fact they had a brazier taste ... The tender octopus, the mussels even if frozen were very tasty, the tomato good and all the right cooking ... It was a surprise for eyes and palate ... I renew my congratulations here as well by making this review with a more or less long text to express the enthusiasm of having eaten a `` seafood '' pizza that truly lived up to the flavors that you can find in places on the coast. .. Congratulations because it was really great and the photographs are very reductive also because from a photo you cannot understand the flavor that was in that magnificent pizza that I tasted and ate on a day x of October .... CONGRATULATIONS AND I HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW WILL BE AN INCENTIVE TO OTHER PEOPLE TO TASTE SEAFOOD PIZZAS WITH THE ADDITION OF FRESH CHAMPIGNONS MUSHROOMS ....
