It's getting 2 starts because it's really the only place in the neighborhood that actually has some grass and not concrete parking lots. It's a hill, so it's really only popular for kids during winter to slide down with their пичигуз but in all other season it's just full of people bringing their dog and letting them poop on there WITHOUT cleaning after them so it's practically a minefield walking thru it.
