Schlechte Kommunikation. Leider auf Fragen und Stornierungswünsche per Mail überhaupt nicht reagiert. Bin enttäuscht über die schlechte bzw nicht vorhandene Kommunikation, da eine Antwort ausblieb.

I had been here there last summer and, after that I posted a review on Booking, through which I booked my stay. Maybe I had been too aggressive and too blunt, but the fact is my review has never been published because it didn't comply with review guidelines. I don't want to say that booking or other sites are rigged but you can never be 100% sure. Amongst many things the worst was that there was not enough cutlery nor detergent to wash the dirty ones. It was absurd before, now with covid-19 it would be even more so. Only hostel where I saw something similar.

Nice place to stay in Lujubljana. Walking distance from the heat of the action in the city. Super helpful staff and chill vibe.

+ It's nice place close to the city center. Quiet location. Nice renovated rooms, clean bathroom, big kitchen with everything you need for cooking. ||- Old booklets of events in Ljubljana from january 2020 and even older, with a lot of dust, nobody takes care for it. The receptionist is there only at night. First day I found out that he didn't get me all the keys I needed. So - check all the keys.

Неочікував, що буде така якість! Кімната просто ідеальна за такі гроші. Єдиний мінус - китайці, які дуже шумлять, а адміністрація не сильно звертає на це увагу. Загалом 10 з 10! Як саме місто, цей хостел дуже порадував!

Really close to city centre. Quiet location. Nice renovated rooms, clean bathroom and really big kitchen with everything what you need for cooking/baking. All the staff at reception is really kind and helpfull
