The inception of Studio Zibka was sparked by a simple yet profound idea to enhance the charm of Selšček. Martin Košir and Robert Kužnik envisioned adorning each house in the village with a unique board that displays the house name, number, and artistic motifs inspired by the works of esteemed local artist Maksim Gaspari. This initiative not only beautifies the surroundings but also celebrates the artistic heritage of the region.
One of our standout offerings is the Gaspari Nativity Scene. Recognized as Slovenia's national crib, this exquisite piece serves as a remarkable gift that encapsulates the spirit and tradition of Slovenian craftsmanship. Its intricate design and cultural significance make it a cherished addition to any home during the festive season.
Studio Zibka is classified under the subclass code 90.030, emphasizing our commitment to artistic creation. We actively engage in sharing cultural narratives and artistic expressions that resonate with both locals and visitors, fostering a deeper understanding of our heritage.
