They charge you at this point coz they say they charge you for the access to Kupa izvor and Park Risnjak in general. But honestly, you can access this park at other spots and you won't be charged. It's unfair to charge people at this spot because Kupa izvor is there, because the bridge to the other side of the river is broken, so you pay, but you can't finish the track. And the fence lining the track is broken. I would like to pay for the access but when you make the park a better place and not leave it like this.
