It is one of the few castles in Slovenia that still looks like a proper castle inside. The main hall with the fresco walls was definitely the best. But of course it is still a museum filled with old and modern artifacts in the other rooms.

The castle was a beautiful one in architecture and structure. On the 1st floor, a temporary exhibition and on the 2nd floor permanent exhibitions offered beautiful stuff based on various subjects. The main hall has fabulous paintings on the ceiling and walls. In my opinion, the beauty of those paintings was not shown obviously in the photos.

Prijazno osebje, zelo lepi prostori, ambient zelo sproscen in brez guzve. Se posebej vredna ogleda je vitezka dvorana. Priporocam!

Costo biglietto famiglia 10 euro. Oltre ad ammirare le pareti affrescate delle scale, del salone e della cappella, si possono vedere gli attrezzi, le armature e le varie oggettistiche rinvenute nei vari scavi.
