One waitress for the entire bowling area (at least 60 people playing), waiting for drinks for too long, after all the wait receiving the wrong drinks, not enough bowling balls + strange balls (distance between fingers is weird). Also, the pizza is not good at all. I do not recommend this bowling place!

We went bowling today. The experience was straight up horrible. Most of it was because of the guy working there, some youngster. Didn’t catch the name, he didn’t wear a name tag, or introduced himself. To begin with he was straight up under the influence. Either alcohol or some soft drugs. We had a reservation for 10 students which we made over the phone. When we arrived we told him again that we have a reservation for students. He didn’t even listen to us so we should’ve expected trouble ahead. He was disrespectful and impatient from the beginning but through the evening he also became rude. When we ordered food and drinks he at first forgot about bringing it. When it finally arrived the beer wasn’t the way it should be. Then he meandered out with some friends for a while. At the end he wanted as to pay the full price and not the student one. He said we should’ve told him before we had started (which we have). At the end he even laughed at us for splitting the bill

We had a bad bowling experience. The lanes stopped working 5 times, one only worked with rails. There is a reset button that seemed to work. The staff is friendly but overwhelmed, seemed like they can't keep up, also clearly understaffed. YMMV.

Obupen odnos. Z dokazilom o rezervaciji so nam trdili, da oni te rezervacije nimajo v sistemu

En teden vnaprej smo rezervirali stezo, ko pa smo včeraj prišli rezervacije ni bilo. Na koncu so nam “kljub temu, da rezervacije ni” ponudili stezo, ki jo bodo popravili v 15 min. Po 15 min so ugotovili, da steze ne morejo popraviti in nam ponudili drugo stezo, ki bo prosta čez 20 min oz. “kadar bo, če bo”. Nikoli več.
