De ervaring bij Restoran Tian-Tan was teleurstellend, vooral gezien de hoge verwachtingen. Er werden twee hoofdgerechten besteld: rundvlees met tsa cha saus en broccoli, en kip met cashew. Beide gerechten waren slecht bereid; de groenten waren zacht in plaats van knapperig en de gerechten waren overgoten met saus, waardoor het geheel één klomp werd. De pittige zure soep was qua smaak wel in orde. Al met al wordt het restaurant niet aangeraden en is er geen intentie om terug te keren.

The food was average overall. The sweet and sour chicken batter was very soggy and not crispy. The gong bao chicken was overly salty. However, the curry noodles had a good flavour. It didn't live up to our expectations based off the very positive ratings on Google.

Prvi puta smo naručili dostavom hrskavu piletinu sa slatko-kiselim umakom i dobili razmočene bezukusne komade piletine koji plivaju u kiselom sosu...potpuno nejestivo. Bačen novac, nikada više!

Ambience, nice docorations, but floor was sticky. Toilet had really bad smell, not something that you would like in a restaurant. Service was just okey, nothing special, a bit clumsy waiter spilled sauce from meal on the table, no comment from his side, he just put napkin over it :) Food was just okay, too greasy, flavorless, small portions for the price. Honestly, I will never come back. Had much better asian experience in some other restaurants.

A secluded restaurant outside of a city centre. Positioned on a fairly quiet street. Interior is well decorated, including dishes, and is cozy. Staff, or at very least a good portion of it (that I spoke to) speaks English quite well and you will not have issues with communication. They are also attentive, nice and helpful. Prices are unfortunately affected by current state of pricing in Croatia but are not the worst either IF you aim for one simple meal from time to time. Food itself is good enough as well with fair amount on a plate and was served pretty fast after ordering. Although I only went with what could be called a boring classic (noodles with vegetables and chicken curry) so there is not much anyone can do to go wrong with it.
