Villaggio con una piscina molto bella, utile visto che a Grado il mare non è granché, un po' fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta con delle piste ciclabili, fantastica anche l'animazione. Consiglio soprattutto per famiglie

Stayed here for two nights, two adults and two kids. I’ll start with the positive: nice pool area, kids enjoyed it. Cabins are cute. Pretty quiet (unless you have loud neighbors), nice walk or bike ride into town. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly.||Negative: cleanliness of the cabins. All surfaces have some sort of grease stuck to them. No washing-up liquid or sponge is provided, needless to say we used our own cutlery and plates. Kids slept by a spider web that included a pretty good size spider. Staircase was growing dust and hairballs combined. Shower needs to be rinsed, the water doesn’t go away. Towels are provided by the facility but they left you covered in lint when using them. There’s no coffee maker or toaster and only one knife (a bread knife). Walls are very thin. This is fine as long as guests respect each others need for down time.||Also, somebody pooped in the pool. It was not in one place but every here and there in the kids play tower. They did not close down but kept open and let everybody play there while they cleaned and told no one. We suggested they’d close down for at least 30 mins and have the pool cleaned and chlorine shock the water, as would have been procedure in the nordics but no.. we left.

Struttura a ridosso di Grado città, collegata da una pista ciclabile funzionale e ben illuminata. All' interno c'è una grande piscina, campi da tennis, campo da calcio, un bar, ristorante. Molto carini gli appartamenti anche se un po' datati, pulizia non eccelsa, personale alla reception molto cordiale. Una struttura accogliente adatta per le famiglie che sono tutto il giorno nel campeggio. Come punto d' appoggio è ottimale , vicino c'è Aquileia, Gorizia...

Un posto rilassante a misura di bambino, immerso le verde della pineta ma a due passi dal centro di grado. Grande piscina con scivoli e animazione per i bambini non è sempre sinonimo di chiasso e disturbo, almeno non qui! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Frühstück Büfett war auch sehr gut, bis auf Brötchen. Das können die Italiener nicht. Das Essen im Restaurant abends war auch sehr lecker, und preislich fair. Pool Anlage war auch sehr gut. Egal wann man kam, es war nie ein Problem eine liege zu bekommen. Es wurden auch mehrmals am Tag Wasserproben genommen. Der Strand der Anlage war auch sehr schön , nicht überlaufen. Was nicht so schön daran war das man schon ein Stück laufen muss um hin zu kommen , und das er mehr was zu baden war als zu schwimmen. Wenn man die gleiche Entfernung nochmal weiter geht kommt aber ein Strand wo man Schwimmen kann. Uns hat der Strand der Anlage gereicht, weil schwimmen konnte man ja im Pool. Schade ist auch das es kein Supermarkt an oder auf der Anlage gibt. Da muss man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Gibt schlimmeres. Was schade war das das Restaurant erst 19 Uhr geöffnet hat. Es gibt aber eine Bar die den ganzen Tag auf hat wo man auch Snacks bekommt. Die Unterkunft ist schon ein wenig älter , aber Preis Leistung gut. Sauberkeit darf man aber nicht zu pingelig sein. Was mich ein wenig gestört hat, das es nur Italienisches Tv gab , und der Tv kein Internet hatte (Netflix) . Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich ein Tv Stick mitgenommen.Alles im ganzen war aber Top , und überlegen schon ob wir nächstes Jahr noch mal hin fahren.

Bella struttura ma con molte cose da rivedere...le casette sono accoglienti ma i letti scomodissimi per non parlare del piano ad induzione...ci mette una vita per fare solo un caffè! Pulizia accettabile!|Piscine molto belle ma la chicca è l 'ombrellone e i due lettini che vengono dati nel pacchetto... be' sappiate che non avrete un posto al mare ma nella laguna dove sarà impossibile fare il bagno e anche prendere il sole per via dell odore nauseabondo che arriva!! Delusa è dir poco visto che tutto questo nono era stato illustrato prima!!|Prezzi un po' alti e animazione basic!!

Villaggio accogliente, senza eccessi ma con tutto il necessario. Una buona posizione e tanto verde. Io e mio figlio torniamo sempre con piacere.

Kleines Bungalow-Feriendorf mit Poolanlage mit niedrigem Animationspegel. Grosser Kidsbereich im Dachgeschoss, dafür kleiner Bade-Sanitärbereich, tolle Klimaanlage. Kein Geschimpfe, wenn Kids mit Rädern durch die Anlage fahren. Leider kein attraktiver Meerzugang, aber das ist Grado

+ Krásné místo, pokoje čisté, pro rodiny ideální. Snídaně výborné. - Pláž resortu je dál a není hezká, spíš špinavá. Lepší je zajet do města na lepší pláž. Pizza až večer a to co nám udělali bylo přímo trestné. To byla katastrofa. Ne nakrájená a tloušťka snad ani ne mm prostě papír. Nedalo se ani rozkrájet, aniž by se nerozrhala. Takže u nich pizzu opravdu si nedávejte. Výbornou pizzu mají též ve městě. Suma sumárum, místo je pěkné, atrakce dostačující, pláž radši ve městě a pizzu též. Obsluha ochotná. 😉

Kamers komen niet overeen met de afbeeldingen. De huisjes zijn heel erg verouderd terwijl het op de foto mooi wit, fris gepresenteerd wordt. De keuken is minimaal ingericht. Je kunt geen koffie of thee maken. Buiten is het echt heel leuk voor kinderen. Super leuk zwembad, speeltuintjes. En Grado is ook heel leuk om naar toe te gaan.

Todella hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Siistiä, hyvä palvelu ja sopivasti aktiiviteetteja. Mukava henkilökunta joka hymyilee ja puhuu jatkuvasti. Huoneissa ilmastointi ja uima-altaat liukumäkineen on paikan kohokohta. Aamulenkki sujuu rantatörmäällä juoksennellessa. Gradon kaupunki lähellä tarjoaa illalle nähtävää 😊 Paikka käy ensisijaisesti lapsiperheille.
