Wonderfully helpful manager, excellent central location, great value for money. Our two bedroom apartment had a huge main bedroom and TV, desk in the second room, lovely table and chairs in the kitchen, but no sofa. Very clean, with reverse cycle air conditioning, new bathroom and washing machine but no clothes rack to dry clothes. Mattress and pillows a little soft for me but great bed linen and towels. So, not perfectly five stars but close and the right price, would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and had all you needed for an extended stay (cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.). The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. We ran into some delays arriving later than originally planned, but I was able to stay in contact receiving very fast replies. On arrival we were given a map with lots of helpful suggestions for food and drinks catered to our tastes. All of them were amazing and very much appreciated. My only regret is that my stay was so short. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very central, very clean, great size, helpful staff. You wont be disappointed with the location, takes minutes to get to the river with all the bars and restaurants. Very quiet location even with an international basketball tournament going all day. My one issue, don't book above the ground floor if you don't like heights. Absolutely genuine statement, I would happily have given this 5 stars if i felt safer walking to my room!

This place is rightfully called palace. The rooms are spacious, high ceilings and have all the ammenities you need, even a washing machine and kitchenette. Walking distance to the train/bus station is 15 minutes and all the places you want to see are around the corner.

盧比安納無可挑剔的住宿，特別是櫃檯人員非常的友善，無論有什麼問題總是熱情且仔細的幫我們解決，沒有絲毫不耐煩的狀況出現。 旅館本身就像是一個宮殿一樣，不僅房間很大且極度舒適，床很好睡，硬要說的話就是枕頭稍微軟了一點，睡醒脖子有點痛就是⋯ 旅館的位置很無敵，老城區幾乎就在隔壁，卻又不會被市區的喧鬧聲吵到，是這次旅程的極佳住宿。 一點小缺點就是，因為旅館建物本身是相當有歷史的建築，故地板所製造的聲響較大，若相當在乎這因素的話，可能就要多留意一點了～

Beautiful historic building. Very nice, clean, modern room. Right if the middle of old town, convenient to everything. Parking is about a few blocks away and costs about 25 euro per day.

Posizione top, proprio in epicentro di tutte le attrazioni turistiche della citta! Palazzo suggestivo settecentesco, dotato di ogni necessità e curato nei dettagli. Servizio accogliente e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Group of five girls. Best place to stay in Ljubljana! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location also great with castle view! Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect place for staying in Ljubljana. Location was amazing, everything was in walking distance. Never had a more welcoming and nice check-in anywhere. The apartment is really big, comfortable, clean,cozy. Everything is so well decorated, beds are good, bathroom and kitchen have everything needed and are clean. We really loved it.
