Tried the outstanding Beef tartare at the iconic Carpaccio today – rich, flavorful, perfectly balanced. 👌 Sadly, the experience was tainted by a waiter whose arrogance and lack of basic courtesy really killed the vibe. For such a renowned place, we expected a lot more professionalism. Still… that tartare? Chef’s kiss. 🥩

Bila sam na ručku s prijateljicom, subota popodne bez rezervacije i ubacili su nas za stol dok ne dođu ljudi s rezervacijom. Jako ljubazni konobari. Predjelo - punjeni i prženu cvjetovi tikvica su nešto savršeno. Biftek je bio odličan, taman pečen. Jedino me tiramisu nije oduševio.

Konobar Nikola se čini kao da bi svuda bio radije nego na svojem radnom mjestu. Stalno nešto koluta očima i neugodno je u njegovom prisutstvu. Zamolila sam ga da sačeka da nešto snimim, na što je on ignonirao zahtjev mušterije te drsko nastavio izlijevati tekućinu. Nulta usluga. Ako mislite ovako zadržati mušterije, krivo mislite.
