Achtung- totale Abzocke am Parkplatz.für ein paar Minuten ganze €50 gezahlt! Alle Leute am Parkomat konnten ihren Augen nicht glaubem. Neue, nicht übersichtliche Parkgebühren eingeführt, die Parkplätze selbst sind aber nicht den Tarifstufen entsprechend markiert

Attention: Il n’y a rien dans cet aéroport!!! Aucun banc dans le hall d’enregistrement, aucune boutique. L’équipe de contrôle de sécurité est très désagréable. La boutique duty Free est horriblement chère. Aucun achat de souvenir possible. Tables et chaises après le contrôle sécurité avec un point restauration. Ouf ! Ne venez surtout pas trop en avance! L’attente est interminable….

Nice airport, clean and reasonably organised. However, the system with the gates is very silly. 2, 3 & 4 are for outside EU, and 1 is for EU. But the boards for the flights don't list a gate, and if there are multiple flights for EU they all go to the same gate. Seems very easy to fix this with better signage and info....

As someone who travels frequently – both individually and with organized groups – I’ve visited airports across the world, including in countries with far fewer resources than Croatia. Unfortunately, Pula Airport ranks among the worst I’ve experienced. The airport is extremely small and completely unfit to handle the current volume of passengers. Instead of focusing on basic passenger needs, most of the limited space is dedicated to shops and restaurants. There are only two toilets in the entire terminal – this is unacceptable and disrespectful to travelers. The level of safety is also concerning. In the event of an emergency, evacuation would be chaotic, if not impossible. The check-in and boarding systems are outdated, there are not enough seats, and many passengers are forced to sit on the floor. The facilities are old, worn down, and far below the standards one would expect in the EU – yet prices remain fully in line with other European airports. I strongly urge the airport authorities to take immediate action – either expand and modernize the facility or limit the number of flights it handles. An airport like this should not be operating under current conditions within the European Union. It’s a disgrace.

The worst experience with an airport I have EVER had... And I have travelled the world. Employees aren't only incompetent, they are rude. There is absolutely no communication about ANYTHING, and when accidentally doing something that was not allowed (no sign about this rule anywhere), I was approached with hostility and blatant rudeness. We ended up being allowed into the gates only at the moment our gate closed. We weren't allowed to pee or get water. People who have trouble standing or walking could not get into the gate to have a seat. The women scanning the boarding passes were rude and did not communicate about anything. The man who approached me about the "broken rule" takes the cake though. He was a rude, hostile and aggressive swine -- when a simple "hey, this isn't allowed" would have sufficed. If you can avoid this airport and all the people associated with it, do yourself a favour and do so. If I could give negative stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Flying at around 14:00 on Tuesday. Arrived airport 12:30. Security took approximately 15mins. Toilets before and after security. Clear plastic bags (ziplock) for liquids provided for free at security. Took uber to and from airport. Cost approximately 15 euro

Not enough seating for the number of passengers. About half the people are sitting on the floor. There is free WiFi, and the staff are pretty chill.

Kinda warm and there are a lot of flies. But it was great being only a €10 Uber from the center, and the check-in and security lines were very short.
