We have just had 2 weeks on the beautiful island of Brac.June end . The location of the hotel is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Hotel spotlesly clean surrounded by trees flowers and bird song .Resterrant had pleanty of healthy food and drinks during our all inclusive stay .Staff always welcoming and cleaners took a pride in their work .The swimming pool and short walk to the sea were amazing . Our room was very neat and clean with a balcony overlooking trees. There were excursions to chose from recomend jeap safarie. We used the bus to bol, more time . And a trip to split by boat all easy to find . For us it was a much needed rest in an outstanding place .

Fantastic 10 nights, short walk to the harbour which is stunning with some lovely bars and restaurants... Hotel is great for couples and families...Clean, great staff and hand made pizza which is amazing... Food was good although some would disagree, I'm a fussy eater but enjoyed the food.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went. I don’t normally but this time I wish I had. Suneo has responded to other views by saying they will take them on board but believe me they didn’t. The food was so bad I actually lost half a stone as I was unable to eat most of it nearly every thing was carb based which is no good for diabetics and it had no taste to any of it. Food not seasoned at all. Fruit selection was ok if you likes melon and oranges. You could season your own food if ur will to sit there for an hour and let|It infuse into the food. The soup I’m positive was made from the day before left over veg and had not been skimmed. The fish soup smelled so bad. We ended up going out for food making this all inclusive holiday a lot more expensive. The bar what can I say the beer was watered down the cocktails was premade. The non alcoholic cocktails was just 2 sodas in a cup.| the choice of sodas was poor. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Coffee available from 11-6 at the bar. Or you could pay for a coffee well a very small coffee in the hotel. The snack bar was ok at times. ||The children’s pool was so cold our grandchild|Could not tolerate it. The best thing was watching people from our balcony going to reserve their sun-bed at 6am. The fire alarm went off at 1am due to room 127 smoking in their room…. We know this because the owner/manager told everyone while we were at the assembly point. No head count or asked if any one was ok. It’s safe to say we won’t be staying at this hotel again but yes going back to Croatia. Suneo please don’t say you will|Take this on board because we know you won’t

Just had a fantastic 10 night stay at TUI Suneo, Supetar. After having read a quiet a few reviews after booking this hotel I was very apprehensive especially about the food.|We arrived around 2pm, from a 6.30am flight, seems a long time but it mostly smoothly run (there are always a few hiccups). We were all taken straight to the restaurant for something to eat before it end of lunchtime service, which was very welcomed. |Rooms:|Quite spacious, although minimal, biggish bathroom and good sized shower cubicle. Very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Small balcony with not the greatest view (the back of a building) but not something that bothered us. Beds were comfortable enough. The only thing that I found strange was the lack of space for your clothes, only 2 drawers and a small rail for 2 of us, my other half lived out of his suitcase for the whole of our stay.|Grounds and pool:|The grounds were extremely spacious, always somewhere to sit, from table and chairs to comfy garden furniture dotted around everywhere. Plenty of sun loungers, although it was getting very busy towards the end of our stay and not as easy to get one. Quite a big round swimming pool and separate swimming pool for the younger ones. Hotel is right on the beach (pebbled) you can hire 2 sun loungers and a parasol for the day only €22.|Entertainment:|This was all done by 3 younger members of the team. Aqua Aerobics every day, which was fun. Water polo, kids games all held in or around the pool. Music, games and quizzes in the evening. Was it the best, no but still enjoyable and the team were all really nice and very friendly.|Restaurant, food and drinks:|This is what I was most worried about. Was it Michelin Star, definitely not but for what we paid we didn't expect Michelin Star just good food... They made their own pizza everyday from scratch while the restaurant was open, this was amazing pizza. There was beef, chicken and pork, pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, cooked meats, cheeses, fruit, desserts in abundance every sitting. I'm a fussy eater but always found something I enjoyed. Breakfast was just as good and varied. The snack bar was adequate enough although maybe this could have a bit more variety.|As for the bars, local beers wines and spirits, cocktails, soft drinks water, juice. What's not to like...|As for the staff, amazing, all worked very hard and very polite and chatty and all very helpful.. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Anlage klasse Meer sehr schön,das schönste Meer, essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Nur die Animationen schlecht, erstens nur in englischer Sprache und zweitens langweilig, zimmer Ok bis auf die hohe Badewanne für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet.

Just back from a glorious two weeks. We had a pool room which was clean spacious with a great room terrace that had our own loungers 3 feet from the pool. Safe, aircon, wifi and pool towels included. Location superb with great views and a 5 to 10 minute walk into Supetar, which is really nice and picturesque would recommend Riva restaurant on the harbour front for their Pizzas, the best I have ever had. Regular ferries to Split so easy to arrange yourself and also booked a walking tour around the old town which was excellent, at 8 quid each thru the TripAdvisor web site. Staff in hotel as good as I have seen anywhere so friendly and helpful. Drinks and food on the all inclusive was great, especially the wine and beer, ignore some of the reviews on here, we have been to plenty of 4 and 5 star hotels and had worse fare. Shout out to Sara and Liz who didn't stop smiling, the incredibly attentive reception staff and to Allen the barman with the bleached blonde hair who was very funny. It makes all the difference when you have this calibre of staff. The place is also spotlessly clean. The only downside was that the escalator wasn't working on the ferry during the transfer which meant humping 20 kg suitcases up a tall narrow steel stairway. Not sure why the transfer bus doesn't go on the ferry would save a lot of hassle. But this is not the hotels fault, in fact I can't find fault with this hotel I didn't want to leave and I would go back which is something we never do.

Die Hotelanlage an sich ist wirklich schön – sauber, gepflegt und in guter Lage. Leider war das aber auch schon das einzig Positive an unserem Aufenthalt. Das Essen war eine absolute Zumutung. Bereits ab dem dritten Tag konnten wir es kaum noch sehen. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Rindfleisch, jeden Tag Rote Bete, jeden Tag ein fades Risotto. Von Abwechslung oder kulinarischer Vielfalt keine Spur – einfach nur eintönig, einfallslos und absolut enttäuschend. Die sogenannten Themenabende im Restaurant waren ein Witz. Beim "Kroatien-Abend" oder "Dalmatien-Abend" hätte man wenigstens landestypische Gerichte erwartet – stattdessen gab es plötzlich mexikanisches oder asiatisches Essen, das weder zum Motto noch geschmacklich überzeugt hat. Wir hatten ehrlich gesagt das Gefühl, dass Reste kreativ recycelt wurden. Zum Frühstück das gleiche Trauerspiel: eine Käsesorte, eine Wurstsorte, ungenießbarer Kaffee. Und obwohl es ein All-Inclusive-Hotel ist, bekommt man nur Instant-Kaffee – wer einen normalen Bohnenkaffee möchte, darf extra zahlen. In einem 4-Sterne-Haus ist das einfach nur frech. Auch das Personal hat leider keinen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Viele Mitarbeiter wirkten genervt, lustlos und desinteressiert – von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur. Fragen wurden kurz angebunden beantwortet, ein Lächeln war eher die Ausnahme. Fazit: Schöne Anlage, aber leider nur Fassade. Das mangelhafte Essen, das lieblose Personal und das enttäuschende All-Inclusive-Angebot haben unseren Urlaub stark negativ beeinflusst. Für uns definitiv kein zweites Mal.

Fantastyczny hotel, jedzenie pyszne, pokoje przestronne i bardzo czyste. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Animatorzy wspaniali. Widoki piękne, basen bardzo fajny. Plaża bardzo blisko, czysta. Nie ma żadnych minusów, zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w Chorwacji w jakim byliśmy.

Perfect for a family vacation with children. everything is within reach. The rooms by the pool are perfect for children and for parents to enjoy the terrace while having control and a view of the child. The room we were greeted in was very tidy. the cleaning staff is very friendly as are the staff in the restaurant and at the reception. One of the rare hotels where everyone is very friendly and always at your service. Our daughter really liked the children's entertainers and they do a great job. Super Sara and Lia. One,BIg Family 🤍

Jeden z gorszych hoteli w których byliśmy. Jedzenie niesmaczne, jeżeli zostaje coś z obiadu jest przerabiane na różne bliżej nieokreślone potrawy na obiadokolację. Napoje to jakaś porażka wszystko smakuje tak samo czyli bardzo słodko. Drinki: w opcji all inclusive tylko kilka dostępnych ( okropne w smaku), kupując drinki z karty smak taki sam, czyli nie do wypicia. Masz ochotę na kawę w ciągu dnia? Musisz dodatkowo zapłacić (szok!). Sprawdzajcie kubki w restauracji ponieważ dużo jest niedomytych. Z plusów: bliska lokalizacja do centrum miasta, ładna zatokowa plaża i miła obsługa. Generalnie nie polecam tego hotelu!

We had a wonderful week here in Supetar! The hotel is beautiful and so clean at all times, the staff work so hard and with a few small tweaks it could definitely be a 10/10!||Transfer: The ferry was smooth, it’s obviously quite a long transfer in total but an enjoyable experience, there’s an escalator on the ferry to help with cases. ||Food: The food was fine for us, we’re not particularly fussy and always found something to eat, but it is repetitive and the ‘grill/dish of the night’ area could be enhanced. It’s clear that the hotel are trying to improve food as on our last meal we were handed a survey to fill out to help them improve. The coffee is filter and could be a little stronger! |The drinks are also in need of improvement, there is no fizzy lemonade (unless you pay) which makes cocktails interesting! Their G+Ts are nice and I had these as well as an ‘aperitif punch’ which was nice. ||Room/hotel: Lovely and clean, we had a gorgeous view of the sea (113). Pool area was great, we went to the beach once but it’s quite stoney.||Entertainment: The rep team are lovely, we didn’t partake any of the activities. The evening entertainment wasn’t much but we enjoyed the live music nights. There are a lot of bugs when you’re sat outside (not the hotels fault) but be prepared. ||Recommendations: We visited Supetar port most evenings and had drinks at ‘beer garden’ and a few of the main ones on the front. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar at the sister hotel ‘Osam’. ||We went to Split for the day which is well worth the visit! Lots to do; we did an impromptu wine tasting and it was lovely, this was at Uje, they also make a lot of the olive oil on the island! Getting the ferry is easy and you can buy tickets online with Jadrolonija, €6.50 a ticket.||We also took the bus to Bol (€7 return from Supetar) the bus was an hour and ten mins which was quite long but lovely scenery and reasonable. The golden horn was nice to see and there’s some lovely beach clubs! Water taxis for €4 to take you back to the Bol marina, as it’s quite a walk to the golden horn part of the beach.||Overall a lovely stay and with some improvements to food/drinks it would be perfect. Jesteśmy w tym hotelu drugi rok z rzędu i baaardzo polecamy. Cenowo bardzo przystępnie , pokoje są czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie codziennie coś innego i kolacje są tematyczne. Lody włoskie bez limitu. Animacje wieczorkiem dla dzieci a od 21 dla dorosłych. Blisko morza i blisko do portu, basen dla dzieci. My bardzo polecamy!! I będziemy wracać bo uwielbiamy ten hotel 😊

Das Hotel ist definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Das einzige Gute, ist die Lage und das Meer. Beides sehr schön. Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert. Als erstes bekamen wir ein altes unrenoviertes Zimmer, welches alles andere als den Bildern bei der Buchung entsprach. Bett unmöglich,jeden Tag Rückenschmerzen gehabt. Die Matratze steinhart und als Unterlage eine Spanplatte anstatt Lattenrost. Rostiges Wasser aus der Leitung, alte dunkelbraune Holzmöbel und Putz kam von der Decke. Als wir uns bei der Reiseleitung von TUI beschwerten,wollte diese sich darum kümmern. Nachdem wir nach 4 Tagen immer noch nichts gehört haben,haben wir uns selbst über Tui direkt beschwert. Es wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten gegen eine Gebühr von 40 Euro für die extra Reinigungsarbeiten für das neue Zimmer. Was wir eine Frechheit fanden und ablehnten. Nach weiterem hin und her haben wir ein neues Zimmer ohne zusätzliche Gebühr erhalten. Der Urlaub war da schon fast halb rum. Das neue Zimmer war renoviert aber trotzdem rostiges Wasser aus der Dusche, kein funktionierender Lüfter im Bad und kein richtiger Kleiderschrank. Nur eine offene Stange mit 8 Bügeln und 2 Schubladen. Der TV im Zimmer an der Wand komplett schief,wurde dann nach Reklamation behoben. Zwei Tage später der Rollanden komplett gerissen und wir konnten nicht mehr auf den Balkon. Nach Reklamation behoben. Die Getränke sind unterirdisch schlecht, nur Sprudelwasser und Bier sind genießbar. Saft, Cola und Limo aus Sirup. Schmeckt alles wie Zuckerwasser , dementsprechend sind auch die Cocktails schlecht. Das Essen ist ebenfalls schlecht. Kaum Abwechslung und oft alte Sachen vom Vortag. Anscheinend meint das Hotel,dass fällt den Gästen nicht auf. Wir waren von Mitte bis Ende Mai hier ( 12 Nächte). Erst hier vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass die Saison erst ab Juni los geht. Das hat man auch am Essen deutlich gemerkt. Ab 27 Mai gab es mehr Auswahl. Das sollte TUI dringend in der Beschreibung erwähnen,man bezahlt 4 Sterne all in und bekommt eine ganz schlechte Leistung. Das Hotel ist zu 95 Prozent nur mit Engländern voll. Eine absolute abgespeckte Version von all in vor der Saison zu bekommen ist meiner Meinung Täuschung der Kunden,hier muss TUI etwas tun! Alles im allen ist Supetar ein sehr schöner Ort mit einem tollen Meer. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage aber alles andere ist wirklich schlecht und keine Empfehlung wert. Die Zimmer werden nicht richtig sauber gemacht, nur Betten gemacht und Handtücher neu. Sonntags und am Tag nach der Anreise wird selbst das nicht gemacht. Nach unserem Zimmerwechsel wurde das Zimmer auch nicht gemacht. Seit Tagen die selben Flecken auf dem Boden und Spiegel dreckig,da wir diesen immer mit einem Tuch wischen müssen damit wir etwas sehen, aufgrund des fehlenden bzw defekten Lüfters. Bucht ein anderes Hotel ! Bezüglich des Essens und Getränke hat TUI sich auch nur raus geredet mit Standardsprüchen und angeblich hat die Hotelmanagerin Tui versichert, dass es dem Standard von TUI entspricht. Wenn das der Standard von TUI ist, altes Essen vom Vortrag und so gut wie keine Auswahl/Abwechslung beim Essen in der Vorsaison dann nie wieder Tui. Strandtücher mussen pro Stück mit 20 Euro Kaution bezahlt werden und können nur 1 pro Woche gegen frische getauscht werden. Also wir machen nur all in Urlaub, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
