Wir waren jetzt im Juli auf Supetar in dieser Anlage. Zuerst muss ich sagen, dass ich begeistert war, dass die Küche essen vorgehalten hat für Gäste die spät ankommen. Mega. Wir haben also gegessen nachdem wir unser Zimmer angeschaut haben. Dort hatten wir bereits gesehen, dass der Zustand relativ alt ist und nicht 4 Sternen entspricht. Der Rest der Anlage ist recht modern und gepflegt. Als wir gesagt haben, dass das nicht geht wurde nach einer Lösung gesucht und 2 Nächte Später hatten wir ein anderes moderneres Zimmer am Pool. Das war top. Das Essen ist auch sehr abwechslungsreich gewesen, wobei ich mir mehr kroatische Spezialitäten gewünscht hätte. Dennoch nichts auszusetzen. Die Drinks etc. sind natürlich nicht high End aber gegen Aufpreis als All Inclusive Besucher kann man auch die gute Ware haben. Cocktails sind etwas wässrig bzw. mit wenig Alkohol, wobei bei Nachfrage auch mehr Alkohol reingemacht wird. Der Service ist top. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und unterstützen bei jeder Frage. Wir hatten leider einen Zwischenfall und mussten zum Arzt und später ins Krankenhaus nach Split und dabei wurden wir auch super unterstützt (beispielsweise haben die auf kroatisch mit dem Arzt gesprochen). Mega. Die Hotelmanagerin (Nina?) macht das wirklich sehr gut und ist sehr empathisch. Nachteil ist, dass es auf einer Insel ist und man auf die Fähre angewiesen ist. Auf der Insel selbst hat man aber sonst alles für den täglich Bedarf schnell erreichbar. Klasse Meer und super Ausblick. Etwas mehr bzw. abwechslungsreicheres Abendprogramm könnte man noch anbieten aber im Gesamten muss man sagen, dass man sich dort sehr gut erholen und eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Food was good with a decent variety, and the atmosphere was perfect for summer holiday. A special shout-out to the amazing animators Lia and Sara. They were absolutely amazing. Full of energy, super friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. From activities during the day to evening entertainment. Whether it was kids, teens, or adults, they made everyone feel included and made the activities really fun. I really appreciated the effort they put into making the stay enjoyable for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming and fantastic with the children, particularly Lea and Sara, who did all they could to make sure our children were always greeted with a smile.

What a fantastic trip we had to Supetar and our stay in Tui Suneo was a pleasant surprise. We had read the mixed reviews regarding the hotel, food and rooms, so didn't have hugely high expectations, but I would absolutely say our stay and experience was much better than anticipated. Here is my review from our experience:||The complex and hotel area are spacious and modern, with ample seating and chilling areas in various places. Given the size of the hotel, the way there are a variety of different areas gives you the impression that it is more intimate than what it is, which is nice. There are plenty of sun loungers, and tables and chairs in different places both around the pool and in more smaller areas of the complex such as next to the pool/snack bar or at the front facing the promenade/beach. Sun loungers on the beach are not free, and you have to pay. We bought some padded matts that you can get locally as the beach is pebbled. ||Our room was really spacious, modern and airy, with a large balcony - we were in the Palma building. I recognise though that rooms are different sizes and some of the balconies do not have great views, so people do have different experiences with this. Your wrist band has a small key card attached to it, which is handy. Air con does remain on without you needing to insert the card, however. ||Regarding the food and drink, overall, it was what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. I would say the food and snacks are really great with varying menus and a variety of options. We had no problem with the food and always found something tasty. The drinks, however, are not great. The wines were not very nice, and cocktails are what you would imagine. My mum and I mainly drank sparkling water and went out for drinks elsewhere - my dad had beers, which were standardly fine. ||There is a very small animation team at this complex offering a variety of activities - these go on depending on how many people participate. The sister hotel is much bigger with a larger team, so I think that this one where more activities happen if that is your thing. We didn't go there, but you can access it. ||The staff are really friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the waiting staff, bar staff and cleaners. ||The location of the hotel is wonderful - Supetar is really nice, and the walk go the harbour is very pleasant along the waterfront with lots of little market stands on the way. There are some lovely places to eat and drink around as well as a roof top bar with great views (not so great drinks) our favourite spot around the harbour was "Beer Garden" tucked away near the church. ||There are also a number of bars around the other side near the sister hotel offering wonderful sunset views and great drinks. ||You can get over to split for the day for 6 euros, which was well worth it! There are plenty of places to rent bikes, cars and scooters to get around and see the Island, or there are smaller boat trips. ||One of the only frustrating things about the hotel was the fact that they didn't offer a late check out and have no shower facility in the hotel. You have to walk to a different hotel down the road where there is only one shower behind a curtain. Given the size of the hotel, it was very frustrating that you had to do that. ||Overall, this was a really lovely trip that surpassed our expectations - Brac, you were beautiful.

I would give the hotel a high 3 star rating. The food was decent, there was enough options for me and my boyfriend( i am very fussy he is the opposite and we were both happy enough with the food). The rooms were clean and ours was spacious enough for the two of us and I thought the bed was comfy and good air-con. The bathroom was a little bit rubbish, the hot water took a while to come to temperature and then would cut in and out during showers which was quite annoying. All of the lights in the room and bathroom would flicker on and off I assume it is an older building. Never had an issue getting a sunbed and went at what seemed to be a reasonably busy time, same goes for in the evening as we always had somewhere to sit after dinner. The beach is very close and you can pay a small fee for a sunbed (not apart of all inclusive) however as it was so near we would just stroll down and leave our towels on the sunbed at the hotel when we wanted to go in the sea which was nice. The biggest issue with the hotel was the drinks. There is no classic cocktails on the all inclusive menu and the cocktails they did have were extremely watered down/had no alcohol in them at all. We did ask a staff member about this and I also overheard another person with the same complaint however when they said they had added more vodka, I’m sure it was just more fruit juice. The beers were nice however also didn’t seem alcoholic. The wine was drinkable but not the best. In the day there were a few soft drinks you could help yourself to however to a massive range. This hotel definitely seems better suited to families due to the child directed entertainment in the evening and the lack of alcohol in drinks.

Had a fantastic time here - staff were friendly and efficient, and were keen to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Resort is well-laid out and services are convenient, with enough sun loungers (important!) and direct access to the beautiful beach.

We had read previous reviews so we went with an open mind. We had a fantastic time, ok the drinks are watered down but the beer was fine and I found no problem with the wine. My husband gives a special shout out to the bar staff who were always attentive and made a great large G&T they always remembered the order!!|Entertainment was not to our taste but this is standard for most all inclusive hotels very family oriented. The food was really good we were never disappointed except for the oriental night! Our accommodation was in a Park view room and kept spotlessly clean with a view over a fountain, there was never a fight for sun loungers and with a beach straight out the front of hotel you could safely leave your towel etc and go for a swim in the sea. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the place but a friendly and clean convenient place it is we would go again in a heartbeat thank you all who looked after us!!!

Initially all looked great.|Large spacious room with continental king size bed capable of accommodatig 3 consenting adults, also a set of bunk beds that would easily sleep 2 humans as well as being suitable for children.|Flat screen TV, small refrigerator (no kettle) fortunately I had my own.|The bathroom had a bath with over bath shower.|However there was no plug for the bath and there was a problem with the flow of hot water to the bathroom making showering difficult.|This was brought to the attention of the reception daily. After 4 days we finally got a bath plug delivered, however it took over 30 minutes to fill the bath.|The hot water problem still remains on the morning we checked out|The room is billed as a garden room but is basically on the ground floor with a paved patio, what is somewhat neglected with weeds poking through the joints.|The selection of soft drinks is poor and the food is mediocre at the very best, except for the pizza and fries.|On a positive note the areas within the hotel are spacious and never appeared crowded, despite the hotel being at almost full occupancy.|There is access directly onto the beach at the rear of the hotel again, the beach never appears to be over crowded.And offers various quiet water activities, pedalos, small dinghy,s and paddle boarding. |There is also a free of charge children's play area and a beach side library / book swap|Waiting close walking distance along the sea front are various bars restaurant with good offerings, some kiosks selling local limestone products, mainly clocks and items for graves.|There is also a bouncy castle area sunbeds, a games arcade type place and general tat shops.|The hotel is also within a 10 minutes walk to the ferry to Split

Fräscha, rymliga och välstädade rum. Relativt lätt att få tag på solstolar, både vid poolen och i närheten av den publika stranden. Hade varit trevligt om en bit av stranden varit en del av hotellet, men det var helt ok att vara på hotellområdet med dess snacks- och dryckesbar. Maten som serverades i all-inclusive restaurangen höll hög kvalitet, speciellt sallads- och grönsaksbuffen. Kanske inte den mest varierande maten, men det fanns något för alla att plocka ihop en välsmakande måltid. Poolområdet kunde varit lite större, samt att poolen varit lite djupare.

Croatia and the island of Brac is lovely. The hotel is set in a lovely location by the beach. A short walk to the local town and harbour. |This tui hotel all inclusive really let it down. Having read some of the reviews on here re the food and drink it seems to be an ongoing problem.|The pool bar was really bad, there was black mould on the help yourself soft drink dispenser, the drinks were also flat (no gas) on 3 consecutive days even after informing the bar staff. The all inclusive drinks in general were of a very poor standard. The cocktails were all dispensed from a machine and when shaken some even split/curdled. The both white and red wine tasted different from each dispenser and the pool bar wine was like vinegar.|The food buffet was also extremely hit and miss.|The Food tended to be bland and not seasoned and food especially veg was way over cooked.|There was a good selection of salad and soup but didn't make up for the rest being of a poor standard.|The view from the balcony was of a very nice tree unfortunately with a fridge and washing machine below it with the maintenance man occasionally having a cigarette next to it.|I have to say the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient.|The food and drink make up a massive part of your holiday, after all it is the reason you book All Inclusive. The hotel needs a serious refresh on the food and drink offering, I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel sa nám veľmi páčil a na dovolenke sme si dobre oddýchli. Služby hotela boli vynikajúce. Všetci zamestnanci boli milí, priateľskí a nápomocní. Radi by sme sa sem znova vrátili, avšak nabudúce by sme si radi pri objednávke pobytu radi vybrali izbu tesne pri bazéne s vlastnou terasou a lehátkami. Alebo ubytovacie zariadenie v súkromnom domčeku, čo bolo o pár metrov ďalej od bazéna, ale tiež v jeho blízkosti. Také typy izieb CK bohužiaľ nemala v popise. Zároveň CK ďakujeme za pomoc pri sťahovaní na inú izbu po prvých dvoch nociach. V pôvodnej izbe sme reklamovali škaredý výhľad z balkóna na prízemí, kde bola pred nami v tesnej blízkosti iná budova, ďalej pleseň v kúpeľni na vani a otrasný zápach z toho a takisto kvapkajúca klimatizácia, kde sme mali potopu na podlahe vedľa postele. Po presťahovaní sa bola ďalšia izba voňavá, veľkosť izby bola aj vybavenie bolo rovnaké a poloha bola na 2.poschodí s krajším výhľadom. Už potom sme boli spokojní. Ďakujeme. Ubytovanie Pri príchode na izbu 213 na prízemí sme zostali nemilo šokovaní škaredým výhľadom z balkóna. Oproti možno 2m bola iná budova takže výhľad bol otrasný až neznesiteľný. Taktiež nám intenzívne kvapkala klimatizačná jednotka a pri posteli sme našli potopu. Najhorší bol asi zápach z plesne na vani v kúpeľni a ten sa šíril do celej izby. Ihneď sme sa vrátili na recepciu reklamovať tento stav, avšak oni nám oznámili, že bohužiaľ hotel je plný a nemôžu nám vyhovieť so sťahovaním na inú izbu, ale odporučili, aby sme kontaktovali našu CK. Po telefonáte sa následne CK spojila s manažérkou recepcie, ktorá nám pomohla s presťahovaním na ďalšiu izbu, ale bohužiaľ až po 2 nociach. Po presťahovaní sme dostali izbu voňavú s rovnakou veľkosťou a vybavením, avšak bola na 2.poschodí čo bolo super a z balkóna sme mali krajší výhľad. Videli sme predný dvor so záhradou z čoho sme sa tešili. Pre budúcnosť by sme radi uvítali pri objednávke pobytu možnosť výberu presného typu izby, kde by bol napísaný typ izby tesne pri bazéne s vlastnou terasou a vlastnými lehátkami, resp. balkónom na poschodí a priamym výhľadom na bazén. Alebo ubytovacie zariadenie v súkromnom domčeku blízko bazéna. Tieto typy izieb sme na internetovej stránke v popise hotela bohužiaľ vôbec nevideli. Popritom by som chcel povedať, že na našej izbe chýbala akákoľvek skriňa. Mali sme len asi len 3 malé poličky nad chladničkou a vešiakový otvorený držiak na šaty čo nám nestačilo na odloženie vecí z kufrov. Klimatizácia fungovala perfektne, wifi a TV takisto. Postele boli pohodlné aj veľkosť izby. Dizajn bol krásny. Veľmi dobré a praktické bolo otváranie izby hotelovým náramkom cez čip aj vstupných dverí do areálu a takisto sa vďaka farbe náramkov vedel identifikovať hosť v areáli. Bohužiaľ chýbal nám sušiak na balkóne. Po otázke na recepcii či je možné ho dostať nám recepčná oznámila, že "má ho iné oddelenie, ktoré im ho nemôže zapožičať". Takže smola. Strava Strava bola excelentná a veľmi chutná. Mali sme bohatý výber, jedlá sa každý deň menili, dokonca jeden deň sme mali mexický večer čo bolo úžasné! Trošku chýbal väčší výber z pečiva a ovocia. Väčšinou ovocie bolo len jablká, hrozno, narezané pomaranče, melóny a kiwi. Banány chýbali skoro každý deň a takisto všetko ostatné ovocie čo som nespomenul. Z nápojov bol bohatý výber limonád, pivo, červené a biele víno. Vysoko sme ocenili snack bar blízko bazéna kde počas dňa sme mali v cene hranolky, koláčiky, pizzu a hneď o pár metrov v bare nám robili drinky alko aj nealko + pivo, víno atď. Služby hotela Zamestnanci boli väčšinou priateľskí a usmievaví a so službami sme boli spokojní. Animátori nám tiež vypĺňali program pri bazéne alebo na pódiu. Parkovanie bolo v blízkosti hotela avšak stále v jeho areáli. Poobediami už bolo plné, ale recepčná nám odporučila parkovať na vedľajšom parkovaní čo sme tiež ocenili. Pláž Mali sme pláž v tesnej blízkosti hotelového areálu. Bola to tichá pláž v zálive s lehátkami ktoré nepatrili hotelu a boli spoplatnené. Vstup na pláž bola zo začiatku kamenistá, ale po asi 3 metroch začal piesok.

Very clean, very attentive staff, WiFi was above average for a hotel. We stayed in 302 & feel the rooms would benefit from some sort of tea/coffee facilities. 10 hangers in total for 3 people was a bit tough. The island is stunning with plenty of bars/coffee shops along with good shopping for the mrs. Water sports are a plenty on any of the beaches. Make sure you ask about using the facilities in the sister hotel next door, we didn’t realise till check out that was available. Would definitely go again. Thankyou supetar staff

Schlechtes und unhöfliches Hotel ...bei all inklusive extrem viele Extras Kosten, lieber Finger von lassen, außer die Geldbörse ist voll...abends gibt's oft kalte trockene pommes zb ,zur Ferienzeit wird es auch richtig schön voll! Auch sonst kein gutes und gesundes Essen auf dem Plan...was aber den englischen Gästen schmeckt. Zimmer sind meistens in einem guten und schönem Zustand,wenn man ein schönes bekommen hat..

The hotel was 3 star certainly not 4. |We enjoyed our stay and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. |The food was good for the price of the holiday. I’m not a foody but always found something to eat. The salads were fresh and there was a selection of vegetables. The meats were cooked plainly but there were plenty condiments to add some spice if required, which is good when catering for a wide selection of people. |The drinks…. O dear ….very bad !!|The soft drinks were poor the only fizzy selection were cola both and sugar free and tonic which were terrible, there are sparkling and still water which can’t go wrong with. The cocktails were a joke. The white wine was passable with the sparkling water made a decent wine and soda. The beer I am sure is alcoholic free, drinkable but we concluded it was alcohol free. |Our room was clean and received cleaning service 4 days in our 7 day stay. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning is fantastic each room having its own unit so you can set it as you desire. Our room unfortunately was situated in front of the entertainment stage which was so loud in our room so an early night was not an option for us. |Dress code is none existent so annoying when you have taken the time to adhere to it going to buy clothes which will not be worn again. To find anything goes. |In conclusion we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t return
