Svaki put kada sam poslovno u Splitu, biram Hotel Time – i svaki put se osjećam kao da sam malo na godišnjem. Sobe su udobne i moderno uređene, sve je uvijek besprijekorno čisto, a osoblje za čistu peticu – toplo, ljubazno i profesionalno! Wellness zona je savršen bonus nakon dugog dana, a doručak je pun pogodak. Lokacija je mirna, ali dovoljno blizu svega. Ukratko – hotel kojem se uvijek rado vraćam!

Very nice ,modern,comfortable in good location hotel.Super Mario G. is soul of restaurant and kicks up a lovely spread in the restaurant , with a passion to serve the guests coming in . The energy he serves the guests with , makes the food even more tasty !!

We bought an expensive day pass to use the hotel spa facilities for the day. After paying, we walked through into the spa to find that the jacuzzi was not functioning, it was empty with a sign up saying closed for maintenance. We were not told this before paying. The spa attendant then immediately came up to us when we noticed the jacuzzi not working, and said we need to wait around hour and then the jacuzzi will be up and running. Two hours passed and we heard nothing so went to ask. We were then told that unfortunately it would not be running at all today, contrary to earlier (we waited around for this). Given that the spa was incredibly small and busy, this was a huge omission and should have been mentioned to us before we paid anything as we would have gone somewhere else. Additionally, one (of the two) heated chairs was not working (the second was in use the entire four hours we spent there so we could not use this). One (of the two) rain showers did not turn on at all so we had to take turns using one. And the sauna was not topped up with water so we had to take the bucket out, wait for the attendant to finish their massage for >20 mins (as the desk was unmanned otherwise) and then ask the spa attendant to refill the bucket with more water. There was no toilet paper in the women's toilet - bare minimum. Given that the spa was pretty small and we paid €56 to use the poorly maintained/non existent facilities, this was a complete let down. We asked for a partial refund considering the above and we were refused, and instead offered a spa voucher, however we had a flight out of the country the following morning. We have no plans on returning to Split/Croatia so we are unable to use this voucher. When we explained this to multiple employees, we were told to leave our details and we will be given a refund later down the line as there were no managers available. Our mistake to leave, because as soon as we emailed, we were told there would be no further action and communication will cease. Please don't stay here - what is marketed as a relaxing and luxury experience was quite stressful and disappointing. Complete waste of money and poor service!

Everything was perfect in this hotel. The room was clean, well designed and quiet. Very close to old town. Parking was spacious and safe. It has also the option of ev charging. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. Staff very friendly.|It was a nice stay in Split for us!

Spaavdelningen var fantastisk, läget är helt okej, spapersonalen och vaktmästaren var jättetrevliga, receptionen lite arrogant när man tar upp olägenheter och mindre klagomål, hotellrummet gick inte att låsa så den stod öppen hela tiden (fick säga till två gånger att få detta löst), frukostbuffén var sådär och man fick påminna flera gånger på att personalen skulle fylla på saker som var slut. Hade inte kommit tillbaka på grund av att priset är för högt jämfört med kvalitén och servicen man får. Hotellet ser ut att vara riktigt lyxigt och spaavdelningen är fantastisk, men resten är ganska dåligt tyvärr.

Boutique hotel dans un quartier populaire à 15 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Situé sur une petite colline donc dénivelé au retour. Building moderne sans charme avec des vues parking ou quartier. Chambre fonctionnelle contemporaine hyper petite, bonne literie tv non connectée et wifi moyen. The et café soluble. Hyper calme. Spa agréable en sous sol avec malheureusement à mon passage la présence d'un groupe fort bruyant ! |Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec des produits frais. Parking gratuit.|Personnel très agréable

תמורה נמוכה לכסף! מלון יקר ללא כל הצדקה! אסביר למה;|1. מיקום: גרוע! המלון ממוקם בשכונת מגורים מרוחקת מאוד מהעיר העתיקה של ספליט. חצי שעה הליכה ברגל. |2. חדרים: קטנים מאוד! המיטה תופסת את כל נפח החדר. |3. ספא: טעון שיפור! המים בבריכה ובג'קוזי קרים! בימי חורף זה קריטי! לא יכולנו להשתמש במיתקנים. |4. קפה בארוחת בוקר עולה כסף! הוא מחוץ לארוחת הבוקר! חשבתי שזו בדיחה.| פשוט בושה!|5. בשורה התחתונה: לא מומלץ!

מלון שלא נותן תמורה בעד הכסף! מחירו יקר ולא בצדק! אסביר; ☹מיקום: גרוע! המלון ממוקם בלב שכונת מגורים מוזנחת, חצי שעה הליכה בערך לעיר העתיקה. אל תאמינו למה שכתוב באתרים (0.8 ק"מ) זה רחוק מהאמת. ☹חדרים: החדרים קטנים מאוד ולא נוחים. 😱בארוחת בוקר משלמים על הקפה! מעולם לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה! בושה. 😱ספא: בחוץ קר אבל המים בבריכה ה"מחוממת" קרים יותר! כך גם הג'קוזי. באנו ביום חורפי במיוחד עבור הספא ולא יכולנו להשתמש בו. 👎לסיכום: חוץ מחנייה חופשית, אין למלון הזה מה להציע. פעם ראשונה ואחרונה. לא מומלץ!

Juegan a algo que no son , tienen Spa con el agua fría, el bufete es muy muy escaso , un café de melita que no hay quien se lo tome y si pides un expreso te lo cobran . El zumo no hay quien lo pruebe , habitaciones muy pequeñas y en una zona muy fea.

Dobila sam na poklon koristenje Wellnessa u ovom hotelu i zaista sam razocarana dobivenim. Sami wellness je jako mali ali to ne bi bio nikakav problem da nije strasno prljav. Rubovi jacuzzija su bili skoro pa cijelom duzinom smedi i prekriveni masnocom ljudi koji su ga koristili ranije. Strop iznad tusa i lezaljki je prekriven gljivicama. Rucke na vratima u wcu su zahrdale. Zenska svlacionica je pre premala, a tus unutar nje ne radi. Tus u muskoj svlacionici je u funkciji, medutim ta se svlacionica ne moze zakljucati jer je pukla brava tako da ni od tog tusa nema velike koristi. Na rucniku koji sam dobila je bila ogromna rupa. Sampanjac je posluzen u plasticnim casama, a kolac ne mozete birati vec dobijete ono sto vam konobar odluci donijeti. Jedino sto mogu pohvaliti je masaza koja je bila odlicna i to bih svakako preporucila! Sve u svemu, ne vrijedi tih novaca i nikada ih ne bi preporucila nekome.
