Great experience , if u want to stay one day in Zagreb.
We started our Croatian vacation in Zagreb, stayed at this Westin for 4 nights. Our room was located on the higher level, very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Multiple elevators worked and we never had to wait long. The staff throughout the property was excellent. The breakfast buffet was huge and with quality items. We especially enjoyed the customized omelet station. It is a blend of American and European fares. Everyone can find something delicious. It also started at 6:30 am, so we could get breakfast before our early day trip pickup time. That was nice.||While the building isn't the modern architecture, it is still nice. We did not find the decors to be dated at all. The location is excellent. Right on the tram lines, 3 take you to Old Town. Very convenient. We also walked to many restaurants and cafes nearby. Our day trip operators picked us up right out front, that made it very convenient as we did not have to travel for meeting points.||This is a hotel we will stay at again when visiting Zagreb.

El hotel es antiguo pero muy cómodo, la ubicación excelente. La recepción del hotel lamentable. Necesitan capacitarse para atender a los huéspedes. Situación muy rara en los Westin que son superlativos en cuanto al servicio que a este respecto ofrecen.

Le lit était très inconfortable genre trampoline avec un matelas déformé. Pas d'aération dans la salle de bain avec des odeurs désagréables dans la douche. Les rideaux occultants mal posés avec un rayon de lumière juste sur les oreillers. La piscine fermée mais aucune information. Installation électrique à revoir.

The good - this property honors marriotts benefits so upgrades to suites are possible without asking. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was great. The gym is very nice for a hotel as well. The bad - staff aren’t really on point, you really have to get their attention. The pool/ gym are public and signs say no mobile phone use at the pool. If you’re a gym rat, this is your spot. If you’re looking to cool down, not so much. The ugly - do not disturb signs mean nothing. At a business hotel I’d expect it to be obvious someone might be on a call. 5 minutes of knocking and phone calls for “room service” which I did not order. The breakfast coffee was also lackluster.
