I was there for my anniversary in May and that was truly memorable. The hotel is new and up to the St. Regis standards, the personnel makes you feel relaxed, Marija from the restaurant is especially caring and friendly. The hotel is situated amidst a new quarter and close to a big and good shopping mall, which feels a bit like Dubai, but, on the other hand, the historical center is a walking distance away. Highly recommended overall, but please mind the prices, they are European too.

Das Hotel ist wirklich herausragend und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Wohlbefinden. Es kann problemlos mit dem St. Regis in Dubai mithalten, und das Personal in Belgrad übertrifft die Erwartungen – es gehört zu den zuvorkommendsten Teams, die ich je erlebt habe, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills oder Wynn in Las Vegas haben da auch das nachsehen. Zwar gibt es zwei kleine Punkte, die ich anmerken möchte, die jedoch keineswegs den Genuss trüben: 1. Die Preise für Serbien etwas zu hoch. 2. Ein Außenpool wäre eine großartige Ergänzung. Trotz dieser Punkte bleibt das Erlebnis insgesamt einfach fantastisch!

Newly opened exquisite address in the most beautiful part of the city. What stands out, apart from beautifully decorated rooms, specious bathrooms and stunning river views, is the attention to details of staff. Every encounter was amazing! Sisi at the restaurant was very engaging without being intrusive. Great job team!

This hotel is top notch ! As someone who has managed resort properties, I had a hard time finding areas to comment on. Clean, professional, stylish, modern. The spa facilities are also note worthy. Lounge is also a great place to end the night. What separated this hotel from a lot hotels was Mladen’s genuine hospitality. He was very accommodating and caring. He was a difference maker on this stay!

The service here is exactly what you would expect from a St. Regis. Everyone here is exceptional. I must mention Melicia, she checked me in and later helped me out with my Serbian WiFi. Melicia is a true asset and awesome representative of this hotel. |This hotel is located on the Belgrade waterfront and right next to the Galeria Mall. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a super luxury exceptional hotel. The hotel lobby is out of the world and is full of opulence. The paintings and sculptures are exquisite. The greetings and check in at the reception was very pleasant. The restaurant prepares only fresh food against ala carte menu and the food is absolutely delicious. The rooms are big and very modern and elegant. |To sum up this hotel is a notch above four seasons hotel.
