We visited just the restaurant. Great location ,nice cosy place , tasty food but very inpolite , behaviour of the waiter who at the the and of our visit cheat on us .He didn’ t give us the exchange:he took bigger tip as we wanted to give him.

Alles is er prima. Eten, service en de kamer ook. Toch een probleemtje....die de linkerkant van het bed in wil, moet zich dubbel buigen of anders zijn hoofd stoten aan de schuine kant van het dak. En dat voor een Deluxe Room die ik 137€ betaalde.

This is a truly excellent hotel - everything is very classy and at a very good value for money price. The location is perfect, alongside the river and close to anywhere you would need to go. The decor is beautifully done and looks great, right from the stylish restaurant as you enter to the comfortable and pleasant rooms themselves. Reception staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to stay in in a lovely city.

Un hotel nou, excelent pozitionat, in centrul istoric pietonal. Mancarea la restaurant este foarte buna si sofisticata. Hotelul este recent renovat si are un design interior foarte modern. Personalul este amabil si discret si mereu gata sa-ti rezolve orice problema.

Great spot - I don’t think you can go wrong. I stayed in January so it was pretty quiet. The hotel was very comfortable - nice beds, nice bathroom, small details like phone charging stations on BOTH sides of the bed and plenty of outlets. It was difficult to find - the lobby is between the seating areas of the restaurant, though “The Restaurant” had good signage. I just didn’t realize it was also the hotel entrance. The restaurant was nice. I had a snack in the late afternoon and to sit by the fire with a glass of wine and escape the cold - perfect. I didn’t eat dinner or breakfast there. Easily worth twice the price - highly recommended! The hotel is in a pedestrian only area. I parked 10mins outside of the city at a Park and ride (5€) and took the bus in (1.30€).

Nice new hotel on the riverbank, perfectly located to explore and live the city. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so there is no parking available nearby. The hotel is relatively new and (I think) because of that we encounter some "problems" like room not ready on arrival and the heating in the room way to high. All of those problems were addressed and resolved rapidly by the staff, which were very friendly and professional. We booked a wheelchair accessible room, the bathroom was fine, plenty of space there. The room itself is a little cramped with enough space near the bad for the wheelchair but with little space to maneuver. The room was located in the "insides" of the hotel and the only source of light was a skylight. We didn't stay during the day to see how much light there was. The wheelchair accessible entrance is through the hotel restaurant ("The Restaurant" which is on Mestni Trg.

Our room did not have a window. It was very small. If you hate room without a window, you need to check before booking. Our room was in the 3. floor there were 4 rooms with a window and 4 rooms without a window. The breakfast was high quality, but the service was not. The staff forget our order , and after they served an other table.
