Prvi i zadnji put!! Bili smo u vise Valamar hotela ali ni jedan nije bio tako los kao ovaj. Soba je mala za troje, kupatilo od plastike 🙄😂 to jos nikad videla nisam, dorucak nista posebno, za jaje cekas 20 min u redu, ako dodjes oko 7 onda ces dobiti odmah, vecera:pomfrit ziv, hleb budjav, sose iz konzervi bez ukusa, uvek isto, jedino kupus salatu mogu pohvaliti sve drugo je nula.. Voce zeleno ne moze se jesti, lubenica je za 6 dana bila 2 puta u podne, i ako je to sad sezonsko. Bazen je pre pun kao i plaza. Gosti hotela nemaju na bazenu mesta. Zasto? Zato sto iz drugih hotela gosti dolaze na taj isti bazen, hotel Zvonimir nema bazen i svi dolaze na ovaj. Imala bi jos mnogo toga pisati ali.... Mogu jos reci za radnike od svih naljubaznija je bila cistacica. 😉

2 fős szobánk volt, és nem volt benne ülő alkalmatosság, éjjeli szekrény és kis asztal. A kitett figyelmeztetés ellenére reggel nyitáskor szó szerint lerohanták a kedves vendégek a külső napozó ágyakat és lefoglalták egész napra törölközővel, úgy, hogy kb. 2 órát használták azt valójában. A szálloda bejáratára néző szobák minden reggel korán számoljanak az áru ki/be rakodással, üvegcsörömpöléssel. A hely egyébként pazar. Búvárkodni nem lehet igazán. Messze vannak a sziklás partrészek.

Hotel je za 10 +++ , od doceka ,do cijele atmosfere. Posebna pohvala za djelatnika Tomislava na recepciji, gospodin je jako uljudan , objasnio sve u bobicu. Djelatnice u restoranu drage i nasmijane☺️soba uredna , cista , cistacice uglancaju sve, za pohvalu. Jedina zamjerka je hrana koja nam nije pasala nikako , ima svega, a niceg nema , al konkretno stave samo ribu i svinjetinu , bilo bi lijepo da ima sve vrsta mesa za svakoga za obrok ,jedan dan jaja nisu uopce termicki obradena do kraja, onda samo jedna vrsta juhe , to nam je smetalo nema izbora , nema gaziranog pica jedino na veceri ali na placanje , sve u svemu predivno , ali poraditi malo na hrani. No to nam nije pokvarilo lijep boravak ...Odlicno za obitelj sa djecom jer do plaze ima minuta hodanja ☺️

Za nás bohužel velmi špatná zkušenost s hotelem. Zaplatili jsme si nejdražší typ pokoje (se dvěma ložnicemi a výhledem na moře) a byli jsme ubytovani v naprosto neobyvatelném pokoji, kde začala ve 4 ráno hučet nějaká turbína takovým stylem, že nejen že nešlo vůbec spát, ale bolely nás z toho šíleného hluku uši ještě další den. V noci nám recepce řekla, že máme smůlu, že hotel je plný, druhý den po několika hodinách dohadování jsme byli přestěhováni do jiného “horšího” pokoje. Rozdíl v ceně (asi 600 Euro) nám hotel nevrátil, pouze jsme po dalším dohadování dostali slevu na útratu v restauraci. Očividně jsou pro ně Češi hosté druhé kategorie. Jídlo v restauraci dobré, ale příliš mnoho lidí, stojí se dlouhé fronty na jídlo i pití. Večeře od 7 do 9, ve 21:00 nám obsluha doslova vytrhla rozjezené jídlo pod nosem a vyhodila z restaurace. U bazénu naprosto nemožné lehnout si na lehátko, protože všechna lehátka jsou od brzkých ranních hodin zabraná ručníky, i když tam neleží jediný člověk, z hotelu to nikdo neřeší. Takže za nás už tento hotel opravdu velké NE.

Struttura molto carina ma non sono riuscita a chiudere occhio, la notte, in quanto la discoteca, a pochi metri, aveva musica altissima fino a notte inoltrata ( 2,00/3,00 di mattina ) e, purtroppo, finestre della stanza con infissi non insonorozzati..Risultato: vacanza stressante...

We encountered several issues upon check-in. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the door wouldn’t lock. While the receptionist managed to fix the AC, the lock couldn’t be repaired. We asked for a different room, but they refused and told us to wait until the next day. The receptionist on duty that evening spoke very quietly and didn’t seem particularly motivated or welcoming. Breakfast and lunch were generally good, but the food was more or less the same every day, which became a bit repetitive toward the end of our stay. We rarely had dinner at the hotel because the dining area was overcrowded and noisy, with mostly basic fast food being served, which seemed more suitable for children. Dinner was only available from 7 to 9 PM, a short time frame that resulted in everyone arriving at once. It was also frustrating that drinks had to be purchased separately, often causing long lines. There was a pizza station at dinner, which we thought was the highlight. However, some guests would take five to ten slices at a time, meaning there was often little left when we reached the front of the line. A wider variety of food, with fewer fast food-style options, and a longer dinner service would have improved the experience significantly. One day, cevapi was served at brunch, but it was pink inside even though it was made from mixed ground meat. This raised some concerns about food safety. On a positive note, the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. We also recommend avoiding peak hours for breakfast and brunch, as the dining area could become extremely chaotic. The housekeeper who cleaned our room for most of the stay was kind and helpful. However, one day when we planned to go to the beach a bit later around 2 PM, we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign because we preferred the room to be cleaned afterward. As soon as we opened the door, another cleaner rushed in and began cleaning even though we weren’t ready to leave. We tried speaking English, but she only spoke Croatian and seemed very stressed. The hotel environment was okay, although we expected it to be a bit more pleasant. The hallways felt dark and worn, and while the rooms had been renovated, it was clear that the work had been done quickly and without much attention to detail. The elevators were occasionally out of service, though there was always at least one working. That said, they were extremely slow compared to what we’re used to in Sweden. The pool was fine not amazing, but it did the job. It was a nice touch that sun loungers were free, although many guests ignored the signs and reserved them despite not being anywhere near the pool area. The pool was a bit dirty with gravel and debris, though that may be expected in a place like this. We were looking forward to trying the hotel spa, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet expectations. The prices for treatments felt a bit high, and it was difficult to get an appointment. We tried booking early in the week but were only able to get a slot on Sunday, as there was only one staff member available for treatments. This limited availability was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of this size. The hotel’s location is by far its biggest strength, as it’s very close to the beach and promenade. In summary, it’s a decent hotel, but in our opinion, it doesn’t quite live up to its price. It would be better suited for families with young children rather than couples or travelers looking for a more relaxing or upscale experience.

Dozvoljeno prisustvo Pasa u Restoranu koji skacu na Hranu i lizu Tanjire spremne za upotrebu .... A na plazi postoje delovi obelezeni gde se psi smeju kupati, malo nerazumlivo da je restoran slobodan za zivotinje...Cekanje na Hranu je 20 min, Dugi redovi i samo dva mesta za podelu hrane koja je 70% Industriska i samo podgrejana, Voce kao sto je Breskva, Grozdje, Banane nepostoji , Lubenica prisutna svaki drugi dan... Bazen premalen za Broj Gostiju, tako da se vec u 8 sati morate boriti za slobodnu lezaljku gde je odnos 4 Gosta na 1 Lezaljku sasvim normalan u ovom Hotelu!!! Plaza je tu blizu ali mesto naci na plazi je nemoguce od broja Gostiju koji su tu vec zauzeli svaki centimetar plaze...u ranim jutarnim casovima... Naravno ja sam samo jedan od Mnogih Nezadovoljnih Gostiju u ovom Hotelu, koji na Recepciji nije Cak ni Pristojno Jednom Gostu Saslusan .
