If you are looking for a clean, peaceful and very pleasant place to stay on your journey, this is a safe bet! We booked on the day, with late notice and were due to arrive way past check in time; the hosts were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of upon arrival. We appreciated the careful and meticulous hospitality, overall standard relating to cleanliness, ease of access and beautiful natural setting. A well deserved recommendation!

This is an excellent example af an “agriturismo,” a working farm that offers rooms to visitors. The place is very up-to-date, with all the amenities you could want, and the rooms are spacious and clean with a nice rustic flavor. We had breakfast and dinner here and both meals were well-priced and delicious.||The surrounding bucolic countryside offers great opportunities for walking and cycling, and the attractions of Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle are within easy driving distance.||We recommend SD very highly!

Siamo stati presso questa struttura grazie al consiglio di un’amica e devo dire che non ha sbagliato. Agriturismo molto ben tenuto, tranquillo, camere pulite e accoglienti anche di buone misure. Assolutamente consigliato mangiare da loro la sera! Tutto sempre molto molto buono!!! A circa 10 minuti di auto dalle famose grotte di postumia.

A charming guesthouse with wonderful hosts and excellent food. Our family loved our stay here. We had the added pleasure of visiting when 2 kid goats had been born, and a stork was nesting in a walnut tree. Simple pleasures in life. We hope to return one day.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo per una sola notte, spinti dall'ubicazione favorevole del luogo che si trova dopo Postumia e prima di Lubiana (per chi viaggia partendo dall'Italia). Dalle foto dell'appartamento in fase di prenotazione, avevamo grandi aspettative che sono state nettamente superate dalla realtà una volta arrivati. Ci siamo infatti trovati catapultati in un luogo quasi fiabesco, circondati da colline verdi e da vari animali, un luogo in cui chi desidera staccare la spina non può non recarsi. L'appartemento era pulito, dotato di comfort e curato nei minimi dettagli. La colazione genuina, con scelta sia di salato che di dolce. La cena, prenotata nel momento dell'arrivo e propostaci dalla proprietaria, è stata sublime e ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo locale. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto e possibilità di pagare con carta (cosa che dovrebbe essere scontata ma in alcuni posti non lo è). Torneremo sicuramente se si ripresenterà l'occasione.

A lovely farmhouse with a very welcoming owner. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was so sweet to me and made a fantastic breakfast using entirely fresh ingredients from her farm. She also made a delicious soufflé for my birthday :) My stay was peaceful and relaxing. I felt right at home.

Stopped in for a dinner with a tour group from Alaska. We didn't stay the night. The staff was very nice, the food was hot and tasty (impressive for serving a large group all at once). It was a nice selection of local cuisine.
