Milica, Miljana, Branko and Blagoje made a hughe impact on our stay! Water park is really nice and clean. Housekeeping showed interest to give us clean towels every morning. Konoba restaurant has amazing fresh food and the staff that I mentioned 😋 One thing I would suggest is that smoking should have designated areas and not to be able to smoke wherever you feel like.

Hotel je prelijep i spolja i iznutra. Spolja ima elemente hercegovačke i dubrovačke arhitekture, dok je unutra ultramoderan. Sobe su prostrane i udobne. Osoblje je i više nego ljubazno. Pohvale. Hrana u hotelu je ukusna i raznovrsna. Mala zamjerka ide za to što u hotelu ne možete platiti da jedete mimo perioda za obroke. Na 10 km od hotela nema nikakvog marketa, picerije ili restorana pa ako se smjestite u hotel recimo u 17 sati, morate biti gladni do 20:30 kada se služi večera. Topla preporuka za sve goste koji dolaze da se smjeste u hotel u ovom periodu da ponesu nešto hrane sa sobom.

The hotel is good but the bed is a bit uncomfortable and even though the windows had curtains they were so thin that the rays of sunlight woke me up at 6am 😂...this is just my personal experience, maybe you guys will sleep like babies lol Breakfast was exceptional!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Unfortunately it was not the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in late in the evening. The room we stayed in was not in the main building. We stayed in one of the annex buildings. The room key they gave us was wrong. I told the staff. It took about 20 minutes for them to find the right key and bring it to me and then enter the room. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We had to take a shower with cold water. The water only warmed up in the morning. In addition, the sound of the ventilator working in the hotel was noisy as if we were staying in a factory engaged in production activities. In addition, the people sitting in the common area right across from our room made noise and listened to music until late at night. The hotel has no control mechanism. We had to talk to them. We warned them twice. After the second warning they stopped talking. The hotel doesn't care what's going on in the annex buildings. Since there is no phone in the rooms, it is not possible to call and talk to the main building. So when there is a problem, you have to solve your own problem or walk to the main building. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night

This hotel was advertised to us as a 5 star hotel. This is no where near the case. I would venture to guess that most of the 5 Star reviews on here were either friends or night and paid for because all the bad reviews going back 5 years sound so similar to what we all experienced. Summary: Pros: ?? Cats and a cute dog outside to play with if around. Cons: extremely rude staff, lackluster food safety standards, poorly maintained hotel and rooms, far from everything, amenities next to unusable if you only speak English. Details: I stayed here as part of a tour that has a contract with the hotel. Even though they will be having English speaking tours come thru all season there are no employees that understood conversational English enough to answer questions about the gym/pool. And they were visibly angry at being asked. The information on the room was also only in one language with no English translations available. Again, when expecting 6-9 months of tours a hotel should be able to provide basic information like that in multiple languages. My room had a broken fridge, cluster of dead bugs in the bathroom, broken shower handle and bathroom door seal and overlooked the hotel sign... Which made noise all night preventing me from sleeping. The next day i requested a different room and was told to ask after we returned for the evening. (I knew for a fact there was at least one empty room at the time i first asked). That evening i was told this was impossible "fully booked". I got angry and explained to our tour leader what was happening. One of the girls went to see my room and when i pointed out everything that was wrong, suddenly they found a room. It had been raining the first day and there were leaks all around the hotel walkways and staircases requiring towels on the marble floors which were extremely slippery when wet. Tourmates who are the buffet dinner were disgusted at the cold food. It was sitting under lights, not heatlamps. The girl i was with had to request they heat up her food as it wasn't just room temperature, she described it as tasting like it can't out of the refrigerator. Ironically, the next morning the milk for the cereal was warm... I did partake in breakfast... Or attempted to.. the only items that were edible were the prepackaged chocolate snacks and the donuts. Many items looked edible, but were not. One of the worst things was the bottled water dispenser which had so much mold on it i wondered how everyone didn't end up sick. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and seems like some sort of compound. Though it advertised a pool and gym i was able to get from my guides translating that it was available to us for one hour... But it was also about a 5 minute walk away across a huge parking lot (creepy at night with randos walking around). When i walked over to look at it the woman working there spoke no English at all and had pointed at her watch and shook her head no. There were so many other stories from fellow travelers... This was just not a good place to stay at all.

The buffet supper served was inedible, breakfast not much better. The rooms were too hot at 27°C. Tried to open door to terrace but it would not open. Room was well equipped, staff could not lower the heating.

This hotel, on reviews was anywhere from a one to five star. In my opinion, the room was comfortable, balcony was great, but the food was utterly disgusting. A ten year old could do better. Everything was cold, and had absolutely no taste. Totally not worth the price of the buffet.
