Stayed here for four nights. Pros: - great location - excellent housekeeping team - big, fully-equipped gym Cons: Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. There were several shortcomings, and the experience fell short of what one would expect from a five-star establishment, especially one bearing the Sheraton name. - soap bottles kept falling off the wall and breaking apart because they were held on by sticky tape - a large part of the door frame came off. The team was fast to respond and sent someone to replace part of it and drilled it back - The last straw was the lack of hot water past midnight—for the entire floor. My friend, who was staying at the opposite end, experienced the same issue. The water started out warm but turned freezing cold halfway through my shower. I couldn’t stop because I was covered in soap. I reported it through the app, and while the staff responded quickly and offered to move me to another room, the experience left much to be desired. A staff member came to my door, shoved me a new key card, said, “Your new room is 5xx,” and walked off. No smile, no apology—nothing. I don’t expect profuse apologies, but I did hope for a bit more empathy given the inconvenience (and mild distress) I had just gone through. What made it even more strange was the checkout experience. I returned both key cards and explained that my room had been changed. The staff member asked, “Which room was that?” I was taken aback and asked, “What?” She shrugged and said she wouldn’t know which room I had been moved to. For a hotel of this caliber, that level of disorganization and detachment was surprising. I’m appalled really. I think two star IBISes do a lot better.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the gym. The rooms are dated and in severe need of refurbishment. Hot water in shower runs out after 7pm. Service staff are mostly grumpy. Sauna is disgusting. Location is so so - quite a bit of walk to major attractions.

Awful service for a 5-star hotel. Staff was rude, and when I asked if we could borrow the chair they said they ‘have nothing like that’ without any further explanation. When I complained through the official website, I got a reply from Marriott saying that since you are still at the hotel, why don’t you talk to the hotel manager? I mean — seriously? When your customer is unhappy and have complained, you bounced them back to someone else so they have to repeat their displeasure? Shouldn’t it be up to the hotel to act as soon as a complaint is raised? Staff also has a lot of attitude whenever a simple question is asked. Terrible experience, will never return. Plus: my friend’s room did not have hot water, and a whole door fell out.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with our pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and luxurious. The receptionist was also very kind and professional. We would like to thank him very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the city center, the breakfast is amazing. Beautiful place yo staying in Zagreb, good quality. Rooms are comfortable and very clean with all the facilities that are needed. This hotel has potential. A bit of a walk to old town Square where the majority of the restaurants are, but there are a few around without venturing the 15-20 min walk. The spa/pool/gym area is one of the best I've seen in a Sheraton. Would be nice if it were indoor/outdoor since there is no water nearby and temps get into the high 30's in the summer, but oh well. My biggest, and most frustrating complaint is the pillows. They are pancake flat, and I mean FLAT. Even folded over twice (what pillow should even do that and stay?), they are flat and lifeless. I had to use all 4 to get any kind of lift slightly above the mattress. I tried ordering foam pillows each day, for the 4 days I stayed, directly from the bonvoy app and none arrived, even though I ensured my do not disturb sign was off. I have not experienced this travesty of a so-called pillow on any of my other Sheraton stays so be warned. everything else was great.

We had a fantastic 5-star stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location is ideal—only about a 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square, which made it really easy to explore the city center. The hotel’s amenities were also a highlight: the indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa area were all clean, well-equipped, and relaxing. We booked the breakfast buffet, which was convenient and offered a good variety of options each morning.||||The staff was warm, professional, and always happy to help, which really added to the experience. We actually liked the hotel so much that we ended up booking another night for the day before our departure from Zagreb back to the U.S.||||Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zagreb!

Excellent stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square and close to everything we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the indoor pool, gym, and spa. Breakfast buffet was also a plus with a solid variety of options. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We liked it so much that we booked another night before our flight back to the U.S. Would definitely stay again!

Estupendo hotel , todo maravilloso, piscina , restaurante, etc excepto el trato de la primera noche por parte de una recepcionista .
Location: 15 minutes slow walk from the central bus station or 3 minutes taxi (3 euros). There is a tram you can take which is under 1 euro (think even 0.5 cents). The hotel is about 15-20 minutes slow walk to the main town. It's quite close and doable but individuals who do not like to walk, take the tram.||Surrounding: not much around it but there is a famous takeaway pizza place you can find opposite. A local restaurant and coffee shop. Outside there is always a taxi and the tram is literally outside.||Reception: very grand reception typical of a Sheraton hotel. Customer service is very polite and well mannered. Bring a credit card as you will need a holding deposit. |The concierge was nice and we could leave our bags as we arrived early.||Room: very nice room but not contemporary. TV is old but there are enough programmes. In the future it will need an upgrade to be on par with other hotels. Complimentary two bottles of water. Kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. Iron and ironing board. Safe, hair dryers, etc. The air conditioning is good but a bit loud. Just put in the lowest setting.|The bed is really good. Big king size bed and very comfortable. Good decent weighted blankets and pillows. Each side has plugs (European) to charge your phone. Shower was strong but the shower glass cover needs an upgrade. After using the strong shower, it sprays everywhere and cover the floor.|There is a mini fridge (empty) and fast WiFi.|Other negatives is the shower door which is noisy when closed. I'm raising this because in the night or early morning you will wake up someone. |You can hear noisy people in the corridor in the early morning (people going to breakfast).|Other amenities include a free pool and limited gym on the first floor. You can pay for massage too.||The room needs an upgrade to make it a genuine 5 stars. There is a restaurant downstairs, bar, etc. ||Overall, good hotel for the money.
