My wife and I decided to start our honeymoon at Roxanich, and it was an excellent decision. The location and the view from the terrace, pool, and saunas overlooking the vineyards are exceptionally calming. The beds and pillows were just perfect, giving us the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. It even got us thinking about upgrading our own mattresses and pillows at home. A place where you can fully rest. A must-do for every visitor is the winery tour with wine tasting. The architecture of the winery cellar that is under the hotel is unique, and the story behind their organic wine is exceptional to hear from their excellent guides. The food was wonderful and worth the extra buck compared to other cheaper wine tastings in the region. Breakfast was top-notch, featuring local delicacies and a freshly opened bottle of champagne for our mimosas every morning. The champagne was so good that I started every morning with a glass of it. The gourmet dining experience and the lunch menu were fabulous, providing a great experience for our taste buds. We had one of the best beef tartares from the local beef type. Lastly, and most importantly, the family that runs the hotel is genuinely passionate about their wine and vineyards. All of their labels are fully organic, biodynamic, and most importantly, delicious. I had a great conversation with one of the daughters who helps run the hotel. Remarkable young lady! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The hotel was nice, but definitely lacked the level of service that one would expect for the price. Motovun is a cute little town and the view of the hotel is great but I think it came up short in other areas. We visited at the end of May and unfortunately the pool was closed, pool bar was closed and generally the hotel felt quite empty.||Pros:|- View is gorgeous|- Spa/sauna area is nice. Multiple saunas, steam room and lounging area with refreshments. |- Staff was polite and helpful|- Breakfast buffet was good and staff was kind and accommodating||Cons:|- Pattern of clumsy things that happened like the garage lift not working, lights off in the stairwells and hallways so they were dark. Things closed, broken or not working properly. |- The hotel is eclectic, as advertised, but some things about this hotel are just plain weird. ||In summary, the staff were kind but the overall level of service and quality of the hotel and experience was less than desired for the price point. It seems like the hotel is more geared toward hosting events than functioning as a hotel that focused on the experiences of guests.

È stata un’esperienza fantastica a partire dal ristorante, poi gli assaggi di vini ed il tour nella enoteca un’esperienza indescrivibile e indimenticabile la vista di questo posto è paragonabile a pochi posti nel mondo. Tutto lo staff ti accoglie con grande gentilezza il trattamento è da 10 stelle. Posso scoperto totalmente per caso, ed è stata una grandissima sorpresa positiva.

Disclaimer: i did not sleep here. BUT, i did experience everything else. I have traveled through luxury hotels all over the world (truly, Americas, Middle East, Asia, EU), and this place will be remembered for ever. Each product proposed was an experience in of its self. Everything studied to the detail. Also the design was exceptional. Classic old World brought into the modern age. This is what Europe needs! Beyond that, the structure of the hotel and winery has been studied from the start for perfect operational use, as well as guest experience. The location, paradise on earth. You think the Maldives is better? Maybe for other aspects. Come here and check out what else the world has to offer! And lastly, but most importantly, the Team: Are you used to arrogant and stuck up European old-world staff? This is not it. This is the real classic welcoming, smiling, absolutely caring and refined European vibe I love about the old world. Ps I will not share pictures because none of them give justice. I came here in May. Beautifully sunny, overlooking a wine valley, luxury infinite pool overlooking it all, and not too hot. I will come definitely here again!

One of the best experiences of my life. I have never lived such a complete and exciting day in a cellar. Totally recommended, indeed to plan a trip just to come to this place!

Great experience, design, view and general atmosphere! Special recognition for the laid-back but very knowledgeable sommelier Adela and the wait staff at the bar and restaurant that are not only pleasant but handle difficult guests with a high dose of professionalism and ease. Looking forward to the next stay!

Das Hotel selbst ist vom Styling top auch die Aussicht. Leider ist der Service unterirdisch gewesen. Man bestellt nen Weinkühler und bekommt ihn nicht. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück reicht nicht. Der bestellte Kaffe kommt erst nach 30 Min!

Imali smo priliku posjetiti ovaj lijep i ugodan ambijent koji spaja memoriju prostora i modernu arhitekturu. Tura po vinariji bila je informativna i zanimljiva, a na kraju ture degustacija. Između redova butelja može se pronaći i internacionalna zbirka cigara. Prostor ima veliki potencijal za izlaganje umjetničkih djela u nesvakidašnjem ambijentu. Vrlo otvoreni i simpatični domačnini koji s ljubavlju predstavljaju svoj posao i život. Svakako se nadam nagodinu posjetiti ovu vinariju i provesti nekoliko dana u hotelu i hotelskom klubu. :)
