When I firstly arrived I almost found a construction site instead of a residence. There were cockroaches rolling around our toothbrushes, giant spiders everywhere and nothing was ever clean. The owner doesn't want to do anything ever and pay for anything. We had no heating, no warm water, no blankets (just a summer duvet), the washing and drying machines were never working and when they were they did not clean and dry our clothes. I left after 1 month (thank god). When I told him That I will leave he told me that he and his daughter sensed from my first email that I wouldn't stay for long (creepy). It is about 30 minutes from the very center of the town. The amount of money is one of the cheapest you can find in maribor, so if this is your priority maybe yoou wouldn't mind everything else. It is also the only place with an en suite bathroom. If you ask me it's a no, but there are peoe that did not mind all these thaaat much to move out. Mostly cause of the money. I hope this review will help the situation change for the better.

Good and affordable Erasmus residence. Equipped with the basics, 15 minutes walk from the city center, and 5 minutes from Lidl and Jager, in an semi-industrial neighborhood. My room was spacious and comfortable, but not very sound proof or well conditioned. The kitchen was well equipped, but having only 3 induction hobs made cooking during rush hours frustrating. The service wasn't always the best with some complaints from the students on delayed assistance times. But overall I'd recommend this residence to any student planning to spend Erasmus in Maribor.

Very simple accomodation for students without high demands. The place is well equipped, but the Erasmus students leave quite a mess. The owner is nice and helpful. He is doing everything to keep things in order. The university, and shops are a 10 minute walk away.
