Just had a fantastic body, scrub and massage with Anja and my mom had one with Ksenja. They were both beyond fantastic. I highly recommend you schedule a treatment with them. my mom is glowing after her treatment.

Proveli smo ugodan i opuštajući dan u wellness u hotela. Prostor se kroz dan redovito održavao te su nam stalno bili dostupni čisti ručnici i ogrtači. Posebno bih istaknula djelatnice Doris,Bruna i Francesca koje su nas ljubazno primile i posvetile nam se tijekom boravka te su na sve naše upite tijekom dana profesionalno,odmjereno i ljubazno odgovarale.

Booked an 80 min couples massage with my partner (deep tissue and stress away). Anja and ksenjia were both incredible. Very professional, and made sure we were both comfortable the whole time. Great experience, would for sure go back. Wish it never ended!

If you don’t mind being in a super outdated room that hasn’t seen a fresh coat of paint since the 90’s, then this is the place for you. The service, breakfast, location, beach access - are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed that! But for 800€ per night, the quality of the rooms was awful, something you would find in a holiday inn in suburban Canada. I forgot to take photos but let me draw a picture for you - the paint was peeling in multiple places around the room, the decor - lime green iridescent plastic couches… one of the electric plugs fell out when I went to use it. The pot lights over the sink were flickering and making a humming sound anytime they were on. The carpets in the room had stains on them. The tiles in the bathroom were from the Elvis era… overall the look and feel of the room was not at all inviting. Finally, the quality of the soap, for the price was subpar. All that said, the breakfast spread was terrific. The service at breakfast was excellent, the young team was attentive and well staffed. As a hotel guest, you had access to the beach club which was a short walk away (many stairs which was totally fine for us but if you have any mobility issues you would not be able to get down). The swimming was fantastic and there. The hotel is located 3km for the old town, we would typically take an uber into town and stroll home after dinner to walk things off. Overall, doable. The price for the quality of room is outrageous but I guess they figure they have the beach so 🤷🏻♀️

El hotel es increíble! Unas vistas divinas, el desayuno un 10! Muy buen ambiente! Las habitaciones impecables. Está a 2 minutos de la playa, tiene un beach club espectacular (que hay que abonar aparte pero tenes descuento por ser huesped del hotel) y a 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico. Muy, muy recomendable! Volveremos! Muchas gracias!!!!

Visited the Radisson hotel in Split for our honeymoon and had a great experience. The hotel was lovely, modern and clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool area, spa and gym are all really nice and give the hotel a really luxurious feel. The breakfast was perfect and the food and drinks at the bars was also really good. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Split to stay at the Radisson.

I booked a suite, described as having two separate rooms, the room is more studio like. The main bedroom is separated from the living room area by a partial partition wall, and in this case the living room with a bed for my daughter. The shared bathroom is open plan, in effect part of the same room as everything else except the toilet. At a most basic level, two TVs within about 3 meters of one another but also, zero privacy other than a curtain that can be drawn between the bedroom and the bathroom. The food in the main dining room for the evening was over 50 euros per person. Go to McDonalds... I'm really not sure what to compare the food to, soggy salad, dry pickles, macaroni cheese that tasted like sugar rather than cheese was used. Honestly, one of the worst efforts at a buffet I have ever suffered. The locations in good, a short walk down to the beach area and the beds in the pebbly part of the beach are available, the main part of the bar is chargeable with a kabana upto 1800 euros for the day. A burger and fries, 28 euros.

Disgusting housekeeping and service. Rooms and beds were not made until 19h00 in the evening, even after complaining about it at 11h00 and 16h00 on the same day. We notified the Front Desk who could not care less, apparently they had too many guests and could not cope with cleaning all rooms on time. Even after cleaning the floors were dirty and full of hair.The shower drain was broken and worn out. The photos don't show that the view from the hotel rooms is on decrepit buildings and squats, and abandoned building sites. In the hotel restaurant they told us the meat was "veal" while it was clearly roast pork (stringy and full of fat). We will not visit again and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here! This hotel is way overpriced and looks nothing like the pictures in reality. The hotel is way overdue for a remodel/renovation, the rooms were not cleaned well, there was mold on the bathroom floor, my wife refused to even use the shower. For our city view room we were placed in a room over looking over a construction zone. After complaining we were moved to a room with an even worse view. For what we were paying we had very different expectations and we felt deceived by how the hotel looks in the pictures. We did eat lunch at one of the restaurants attached to the hotel (Triton), the food was good but extremely overpriced. Lunch for two was + €100. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

We booked the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Split to relax and unwind at the end of a two-and-a-half week trip through Croatia and Montenegro. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly for a hotel marketed as a high-end property. The photos online are not representative of the current state of the hotel. It’s in noticeable need of renovation: one elevator services seven floors (which created long waits), multiple light bulbs were missing throughout common areas, and general wear and tear is apparent. At check-in, the hotel took a deposit that included the full cost of the stay—even though the room had already been prepaid. Our room faced active construction, which was loud and disruptive. Shortly after checking in, we received a call from the front desk asking how we liked the room. We mentioned the noise and were told they would follow up with a room change. We never heard back. When I went to take a shower, I noticed that the bathroom had significant mold. We went to the front desk again and were told we’d be moved in the morning. After following up multiple times the next day, we were finally moved—only to an identical room one floor lower, even closer to the construction. The new bathroom had less mold, but it is still present. The restaurant looks out onto an abandoned building, not what’s pictured in photos. This is not the experience we expected, especially given the price point and branding. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel itself is very nice, the buffet for breakfast is very good and the restaurant staff is friendly. The main issue with this hotel is the beach, although the water is crystal clear the hotel does not own a beach. They use a private company which does not prioritise hotel guests. What ended up happening everyday the sky was clear was that although the sunbeds were not occupied we were told they were reserved for the whole day. This resulted in long lines and at times we were told to go to the pool which is nowhere near the sea. On top of that the restaurant is overpriced and also always reserved resulting in you not being able to have lunch. Finally the staff by the beach can be unpleasant telling you they don’t care and to find a place yourself.
