I will talk about my experience in this hotel. I booked for two days in the Booking program. It was written in the reservation that there is a balcony and a small lamp. When I arrived, the location was different from the place, just a room. When I told them this, they said we don’t know, and there is a problem with the door. I stayed at night in the street and the room door did not open. I called them at 12:30 at night. I called them more than 30 times and no one answered me, so I slept in the street. I booked for two days in this hotel and it was very bad. They gave me a room without a balcony or a pool, and I booked with a pool. The staff’s treatment was very mean and they did not answer when I called them.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE This accommodation is located in a bad area, to access you have to walk through a dark poorly lit area which does not feel safe We checked in and our room and it hadn't been cleaned. Receptionist admitted cleaning company were useless and changed a bin for us. The room itself was dated and very hot. The air conditioning wasn't working. When we complained to reception the receptionist explained that it wasn't working and there was nothing that could be done. We couldn't stay there as the room was like a sauna so we asked for a refund. Reception phoned the manager who was on holiday and refused a refund. We asked to speak to the manager and we were told no. I asked reception why not to which she replied "the manager does not care and to be honest neither do I". When trying to get a refund through booking.com the manager LIED and said she had been in our room and fixed the issue (she's on holiday) reception acknowledged this was a lie. I asked the receptionist if she would be happy with this accommodation whilst on holiday and she admitted she would not stay there. This accommodation is an absolute scam, please do not ruin your holiday and book there.

Einmal und nie wieder - und das nur aufgrund des Personals. Kundenfreundlichkeit interessiert hier keinen! Ich habe so einen unglaublich respektlosen und arroganten Service noch nie erlebt. Dein Wohl? Interessiert diese Damen nicht. Du wirst sogar lauthals früher aus dem Zimmer geschmissen von der kurzhaarigen Reinigungskraft. Arrogante Blicke miteingeschlossen. Ich bin kein empfindlicher Mensch und ich schreibe grundsätzlich keine Bewertungen, aber dort bekommt man statt „Luxus“ nur zu spüren, dass du nicht willkommen und in deren Augen nur ein Stück **** bist.

Zimmer war in Ordnung für den Preis. Trotzdem 1 Stern aufgrund des extrem unhöflichem Reinigungspersonals. Mit einem Luxushotel hat das absolut nichts zutun. Wir haben uns beim Frühstücken um 8 Uhr morgen‘s nicht einmal normal unterhalten können da das Personal so laut war und nachdem wir sie gebeten haben ein wenig leiser zu reden, wurden wir ausgelacht und es ging weiter wie davor. Ich dachte ich sehe und höre nicht richtig 😅 Für uns war es das erste und letzte mal dort. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen und für den Preis lieber eine alternative suchen.

Даремно я не читала відгуки, перед тим як заселитись😅 Кімната брудна, жахливий сморід, ще й сигарети наче палить хтось, все що написано вже тут до мене, в відгуках, абсолютна правда Заїзд на паркінг жахливий(15€доба), особливо якщо низький кліренс. Біля самого закладу на ступеньках, я вибачаюсь, але насрано🙂 Зовсім не рекомендую.

Nous avons réservé une appartement deluxe avec un coin cuisine, un canapé lit et un lit double. Arrivés le jour J il n'y a qu'une chambre avec un lit, la personne à l'accueil nous soutient que c'est normal et que l'appartement n'existe pas... Dormir à 4 dans un lit deux Places c'est pas simple...le lendemain ils ont finis par nous donner une seconde chambre mais notre séjour était déjà gâché.

Najveća zamjerka je “privatan parking” koji se dodatno naplaćuje po noći, a ulaz na parking je kroz makadam s velikim rupama da niži auto ne može ni proći. Potrebno je znati dobro manevrirati da se auto ne bi slomio… Lokacija soba iznad polikline u sklopu poslovno-stambene zgrade i nije nešto. Dojam uvelike popravlja izgled i veličina sobe te ukusan doručak.

The entrance is awful with graffiti adorned walls. When we went for check in during the normal check in time, there was no staff available; had to wait for sometime for the staff to come and then get us to check in. The room was unclean and had a horrible stink. When staff was informed they seemed aware and just gave a diffuser which did not help. The staff is aware of the horrible stink in rooms, yet still refused to refund. We had to move to a different hotel. Would not recommend this awful experience to anyone

The air conditioning didn't work, regardless of the commands that were attempted, even when following the instructions on a paper attached to the wall. We endured sweltering heat throughout the night, and there was no staff available in the accommodation to seek help. Additionally, we got stuck in the elevator as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and if it weren't for my ability to manually open the door using the emergency device, we probably would have spent the night trapped inside.

Extremely dirty they didn't even care to empty the trash can. There was loud construction working next to our door since 8 am in the morning - when I contacted the reception they were super arrogant. Stay away!
