Rooms are not as advertised but service is great and have a lot of amenities. The location is somewhat loud because of traffic.

We had a small hiccup on the first day, the restaurant closed earlier than stated in the brochure. But the staff was attentive and helped us. The area is stunning, but it's important to note that the city center and shops are a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute drive away. There are no restaurants nearby except for the hotel’s restaurant, which closes in the afternoon and reopens in the evening. So it's best to buy things at the supermarket in advance. The food at the restaurant is simply excellent! everything is fresh and made the same day! Highly recommended. The rooms are a bit dated, with worn and slightly dirty wall-to-wall carpeting. But the staff and everyone working there are amazing and very helpful. Pool and beach are right next to the hotel. Recommended.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht eigenständig bedienen – zur Temperaturregelung musste ein Handwerker die Deckenverkleidung öffnen. Leider war das Hotel insgesamt in einem unsauberen und ungepflegten Zustand.

We had an amazing stay at Perla Resort! We were two families of four, traveling with small children, and the experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Mirela, who went above and beyond to help us. We were in need of a place to stay away from Split, and happened to pass by Perla. The hotel looked beautiful and was close an amazing beautiful family friendly beach —Primošten, which we highly recommend visiting. Mirela kindly helped us secure a room and made us feel right at home. The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely pools, a nice beach area, and a great breakfast each morning. It was the perfect ending to our Croatian vacation. Hvala thank you to everyone at Perla Resort—we’ll definitely be back!

Ants everywhere( in the room, balcony , all around the hotel), bad smell in the bathroom, not big choice for breakfast, awful scrambled eggs, monotonouos breakfast, very expensive drinks, the only plus that the receptionist speaks english.

Ne preporučujem – razočaravajuće iskustvo za 540 €! Hotel se predstavlja kao 4*, ali uvjeti su daleko ispod toga. Soba nikad normalno očišćena, spojeni singl kreveti umjesto bračnog, ventilator u kupaoni ne radi, doručak ispod svake razine (muha na narezanom šunku), prljav balkon i tragovi građevinskih radova posvuda. Osoblje ne govori hrvatski, a komunikacija je otežana. Za taj novac mogli smo imati pravi odmor – ovako smo se osjećali prevareno. Booking-u podnesena službena pritužba. Not recommended – disappointing experience for €540! The hotel presents itself as 4*, but the conditions are far below that. Room was never properly cleaned, two single beds pushed together instead of a double, bathroom fan not working, breakfast way below standard (fly walking on sliced ham), dirty balcony and visible signs of construction work everywhere. Staff do not speak Croatian, and communication was difficult. For that amount of money, we could’ve had a proper vacation – instead, we felt deceived. A formal complaint has been submitted to Booking.com.

A beautiful beachfront resort in the charming town of Rogoznica, Croatia. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with stunning views from most rooms. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious balconies. Our sea-view room offered breathtaking sunsets every evening. The air conditioning works great, which is essential during hot Croatian summers. The private beach area is a highlight, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. The water is incredibly clear and perfect for swimming. The pool area is also well-maintained, though smaller than expected. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, both continental and local specialties. The restaurant serves decent food, but I'd recommend exploring local restaurants in Rogoznica for dinner - there are some excellent options within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, though service can be a bit slow during peak times. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus if you're traveling by car. Pro tips: - Request a sea-view room on higher floors for best views - Book during shoulder season for better rates - The walk to Rogoznica center takes about 15-20 minutes - Beach shoes recommended as it's a typical Croatian pebble beach While not a true 5-star experience, it's a solid 4-star resort offering good value for money and an excellent location for a relaxing beach holiday.
