So let’s start with the good things, this hotel is in a beautiful location and the restaurant is situated overlooking the beach below - stunning. The staff are nice enough and the hotel grounds are well maintained. The gym and indoor pool area are fabulous - and the gym was certainly well catered for. The kids club team were great, my daughter really enjoyed it. ||The private beach owned by the hotel is just a few minutes walk. It’s very stoney so make sure you have water shoes. ||We had a real issue for the first three days with our room being cleaned. Not great at all. ||The rooms are nice but there is nowhere near enough storage for four people, barely enough for two people. ||The fridge in the room is a mini bar which isn’t ideal when you can only stay half board so would have been better having a larger fridge to keep water etc in. ||The other issue was that the nearest supermarket was a 15min walk away. The shop in the hotel doesn’t even sell water or drinks!! ||The bottom and walls of the pools are very rough and my children both got badly scraped as a result. ||The food was good. Word of warning to those travelling with fussy eaters, there are no chips - ever!! There was freshly made pizza most nights, but not every night. ||There’s very little interaction around the pool during the day and the pool bar at the second pool only opened once we’d been there for a week but it was nice enough. ||In our first week the sunbed situation wasn’t a problem but it was definitely busier in the second week with people laying claim to sunbeds early in the morning. ||There are no lifeguards at either pool so no one monitors the sunbed situation. ||Very few places in Medulin take card so make sure you have plenty of euros with you. ||We organised a day trip to Venice from Pula, it was a very long day but really was worth it. ||I would definitely return to Croatia but probably not to this location again because we feel like we’ve seen it now.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Park Plaza Belvedere gut gefallen! Positives: - Sehr gut ausgestattete Anlage mit großen Salzwasserpools und super Gym - Top Lage mit direkter Anbindung zum Strand - Freundliches Personal (insbesondere im Restaurant) - Bequeme Betten - Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten - Gute Auswahl am Buffet Negatives: - Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind leider nicht sehr gut - Die Klimaanlage rauscht auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand dauerhaft (dies konnte allerdings nach der 1. Nacht durch den Hausmeister behoben werden) - Generell sollte man sich die Klimaanlage nicht genauer anschauen, im Keller teilweise sehr verschimmelt. - Sehr marode Minigolfbahn, Spielen ist hier fast unmöglich (Preis 3€ p.P.) - Essen leider fast ausschließlich kalt

Dès l’entrée on a compris que nous ne sommes pas dans un hôtel de haut standing. Ce n’est plus une structure qui mérite un 4*.|Le parking est bondé, on se gare au bout sur la prairie. |La chambre n’est pas classe,. La décoration est minimaliste, le volume limité, la moquette défraîchie avec des taches laissant planer des doutes sur sa propreté. Pas de bouteille d’eau. Salle de bain de 3m2 sans vanity kit par ailleurs.|Les lits sont bons mais aucune chambre ne dispose d’un grand lit double. |Qu’à cela ne tienne nous nous orientons vers la piscine. Trois piscines assez petite dont les abords ne sont pas entretenus ( les douches sont sales avec pansements usagés par terre. À 15h00 on nous explique qu’il n’y a p’us de serviettes disponibles! À l’accueil on nous explique que c’est comme cela depuis 3 semaines… qu’il en reste peut être une ou deux au Spa.|Les transats sont les unes sur les autres et tous occupés.impossible de s’installer autour de ces piscines, de toute manières peu avenantes ( transat les uns sur les autres et bruit important)|Le soir le buffet est vraiment quelconque. Rien n’a de goût ou sort de l’ordinaire. |Au réveil, à 8h00 les transats sont déjà tous « réservés ! »|Nous avions réservé et payé pour deux nuit mais nous avons préféré abandonner notre deuxième nuit pour nous rendre plus au Nord où nous avons trouvé notre bonheur.|Au final cet hôtel accueille beaucoup trop de monde et ne sait pas suivre au niveau qualitatif et entretien. Cela ressemble à un mauvais all in Neckerman. |Grosse déception.|Grosse

4 éjszakát töltöttünk a feleségemmel és 13 hónapos gyermekünkkel a szállodában. Összességében nagyon pozitív élmény volt. A személyzet kedves és gyorsan intézte a bejelentkezést, bár a csomagokkal kapcsolatban nem ajánlottak fel segítséget. A szoba tiszta, jól felszerelt, a kilátás pazar, egyedül a kopott szőnyeget említeném negatívumként. A szálloda hatalmas, rengeteg programmal, naponta többször is van gyerekklub és esti gyerekdiszkó, így kifejezetten gyerekbarátnak mondanám. A medencékhez való eljutás szobánktól kicsit hosszadalmas volt. A tengerpart nincs közvetlenül összekötve a szállodával, ott a napozóágyak fizetősek, de a kilátás és a környezet kárpótol. Az ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak, a vacsoránál érdemes kicsit később menni, reggelinél viszont inkább korán, így elkerülhető a sorban állás. A medencénél a napágyakat reggel érdemes lefoglalni, különben gyorsan elfogynak. Napközben az étel-ital választék és ár-érték arány is megfelelő – például a jegeskávé nagy adag és csak 2,5 euró, a pizza ízletes kb. 10 euróért. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a parti sétányon kényelmesen el lehet jutni a kikötőhöz és a központba. Parkolás nem mindig egyszerű, de mindig találtunk egy-egy szabad helyet. Ajánlom kisgyermekes családoknak is.

Partiamo dalle note positive, la posizione perfetta per una passeggiata al tramonto vista mare per raggiungere il centro di Medulin e soprattutto per chi ha voglia di provare il mare. La colazione davvero abbondante e molto variegata anche se molto sbilanciata sul salato. Note negative forse un po' troppe, camera umida e mai rassettata davvero in 6 notti di soggiorno. Pertanto pulizia da rivedere completamente. Totale assenza di controllo praticamente dappertutto. Si può accedere all'hotel e soprattutto alla piscina dall'esterno senza essere ospiti senza che nessuno vi chieda nulla. Non c'è un bagnino zona piscina, la gente si tuffava e facevano i porci comodi senza che nessuno potesse dire nulla. Maleducazione ovunque. Lettini totalmente insufficiente per la quantità di ospiti. I clienti coprivano i lettini con gli asciugamani e poi sparivano per ore, noi siamo stati fortunati a trovare posto solo il pomeriggio dopo le 16 e la piscina chiude alle 19. Onestamente trovo assurdo che si permetta tutto questo in una struttura di 4 stelle che ha il suo costo.

Hotel is absolutely not 4 stars. Rooms are filthy, floors and carpets also,sincerely makes it bit disgusting to sleep. Turnaround wasn't done in any of the 4 days we spent here,they only added some small towels in bathroom and that's all . Dirty glasses were not picked up, beds not tidied as it should be in a 4 star hotel. Only good thing here was the variety of breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

U ovom hotelu sam vec 12 godinu, al tako kako je ovu sezonu, nije bilo nikada. U baru dole kao da je self service, cekas 40 min da uopste narucis, onda dobijes posle pola sata za dvije kafi, na kraju dobijes samo jednu, postu su drugi zaboravili. Zadnji put u ovom hotelu.

Hotel je ok,imate sve sto vam je potrebno.Moram istaknut ljubaznost HSK i osoblja recepcije i restorana.Ono sto nije oke a nije ni do hotela je ponasanje gostiju😕,ne znam kako ali ustaju pre 7 casova trceci da zauzmu lezaljke,tako da iako radi vanjski bazen oko 8h kad dodjete vec su sve zauzete.Dosta djece skace u bazen ne gledajuci na bezbjednost drugih kupaca i to ce tek prestati kad se nekom nesto desi. Sve u svemu vratila bi se ponovo,i jedno veliko ❤️ za tete koje plesale sa djecicom uvece pored bazena.

alles TOP TOP TOP! wir kommen gerne wieder! Hvala! trotzdem ein Stern Abzug wegen der Extra-Kosten für die Liegen und Schirme am Strand. Das muß für Hotel-Gäste wirklich nicht sein. Schade. Leute liegen mit Sonnenbrand auf Badetüchern in der prallen Sonne herum, obwohl mehr als die Hälfte der Liegen frei wäre. Nicht gut.

Location bellissima affacciata sul mare, camere pulite servizio self service per colazione pranzo e cena presente n 2 piscine all esterno e n 1 piscina interna presente anche la spa e la palestra.|Spiaggia fantastica nonostante ombrelloni e sdraio non siano compresi ed il presso forse un po’ alto.
