Sistemde merkeze yakın yazıyor ama aslında o kadar yakın değil. Bu bir sorun değil, bilerek geldik. Asıl sorun otopark. Daha odaya çıkmadan, arabayı bırakır bırakmaz 2 günlük otopark ücreti tahsil edildi. Dışarıda çok sayıda ücretsiz park alanı var ama bize hiçbir bilgi verilmedi. Yabancı olduğumuz için otomatik olarak otelin otoparkına yönlendirildik.|Toplamda 14.000 Sırp dinarı alındı. Bu ücretin ne kadarı otopark, ne kadarı depozito, ne kadarı bloke edilen bir tutar hâlâ anlayamadık.|Otel ücretini önceden ödememize rağmen, ek blokeler ve karmaşık ödeme talepleriyle uğraşmak zorunda kaldık.|Otopark fiyatı çok yüksek ve süreç şeffaf değil. Resepsiyonla doğru düzgün iletişim kuramadık, İngilizcemiz yeterli gelmedi, onlar anlattı ama biz anlamadık.|Otelin içinde çok fazla Türk misafir vardı. En azından bir Türkçe bilen personel olması artık şart.|Otel eski ama temiz ve konforlu. Ancak otopark ve ödeme sistemi yüzünden memnuniyetimiz ciddi şekilde düştü.|The listing says the hotel is close to the center, but it’s really not that close. That wasn’t a problem—we came knowing this. The real issue was the parking. Before we even went to our room, they charged us for 2 full days of parking as soon as we left the car.|There are many free public parking spots nearby, but we weren’t informed. As foreigners, we were automatically directed to hotel parking.|They charged us a total of 14,000 Serbian dinars. We still don’t know how much of that was for parking, how much was a deposit, or if anything was just blocked on the card.|We had already prepaid for the stay, but were still faced with unclear extra charges and holds.|Parking is extremely overpriced and the process is not transparent. We couldn’t communicate well with reception—our English wasn’t enough, they explained but we didn’t understand.|There were many Turkish guests at the hotel. A Turkish-speaking staff member is a must at this point.|The hotel is old but clean and comfortable. However, the parking and payment system seriously affected our satisfaction.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Не могу сказать, что это 5 звезд, по ощущениям около четырех)) Лет 20-30 назад этот отель, наверное, был на высоте. Холл, бар и ресторан вызывают отдельное восхищение. Из явных минусов - грязные окна снаружи, из-за которых сразу пропадает романтика вида на город. СПА неплохое, единственное, в джакузи работал только один режим из трех - гейзер. Сделали комплимент в виде бутылки вина в честь дня рождения. Каждый день проводилась уборка, все было чисто, что самое главное. В целом мы остались довольны, спасибо персоналу отеля.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was a mostly positive experience. The hotel is centrally located, within a walking distance to all tourist sites. Getting to the hotel was easy as I took the A1 shuttle from the airport to Slavija Square, and then a short walk to the hotel. ||The cons: When I arrived, the coffee maker in the room was cracked, but upon notifying the staff, they quickly replaced it. Cleaning was also an issue as on one day, cleaning staff moved the dirty used coffee cups, but did not take them away. The next day, all cups were taken away, but there were no cups replaced, which left me with no cups to make coffee. Flooding of the shower was another issue due to a slow drain. Within 1 minute of running the shower, the water accumulated over the shower to the bathroom floor. I did notify the staff, and they quickly sent a maintenance employee, but flooding remained an unsafe issue (see picture). Lastly, although I adjusted the thermostat to a lower temperature several times, the temperature in the room would not go down to 21.5 Celsius, causing for the room to be hot at night. In fact the temperature never went below 24 degrees Celsius.||The Pros: The staff were all friendly and attentive. The breakfast was perfect with so much variety (fruit, yogurt, sausage, bacon, pastries, bread, coffee, milk, eggs, beans, and French toast). The spa has a nice pool and massage services. The room also comes with satellite tv channels, many of which are in English, safe, blackout drapes, water bottles, and a comfortable bed.

Merkezi konumda zamanın iyi otellerindenmiş . Biraz eskimiş. Ama yine de keyifle kaldık. Odamız geniş koltukların biri rahat diğerinin tahtası oturduğunuzda poponuzu acıtıyordu. Oda servisi hızlı. Havuz idare eder. Açık havuz olsa dedirtti. Jakuzili küçük ama işlevsel. Spa sakin keyifliydi.

Fantastic stay! The service was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was perfect — varied and delicious. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach. A special thank you to the staff for the thoughtful attention regarding our important occasion. We truly felt special. Heerlijk bed, in een prima kamer. zeer goed ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie hotel is dicht bij de binnen stad. Goed binnenzwembad en sport mogelijkheden. Min punt: kamer 415 kon het bad niet leeg lopen ook hadden wij een melding bij de receptie gemaakt. De dag erna het zelfde verhaal. Maak het meteen goed!
