Luka is the one who sealed the 5 stars! He went out of his way to expedite our check out even though he could have taken his time when his shift had not really started yet. He also gave great recommendations. On top of that, the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of everything. Comfortably, new and clean rooms. Perfect hotel!
The curvy designs were weirdly edgy and graceful. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, and provided me with information on finding a seedy, eastern european rave club and other concert venues.

Truly shameful... I'm sorry but a newly built/renovated "luxury" hotel and you don't make it accessible?! Not a single room, with at least an accessible washroom..
This is one of the best hotels at Zagreb, it's in the middle of city center, very good location. The room is new and fresh, the staffs is very friendly and welcoming.The breakfast on the rooftop is kind of cool.will revisit here for sure

Spent the evening on the terrace of the hotel on a business event. The terrace is spacious and looks very elegant and gives a romantic view of the Zagreb Old Town. Definitely highly recommend for brunches or dinners, in an exclusive atmosphere.
We attended a rooftop party in the heart of Zagreb and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect—right in the city center with breathtaking panoramic views. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere vibrant and stylish, and the food was fresh and delicious. A truly unforgettable experience. It is amazing place for hosting events since it has great location and beautiful view from the terrace. ||The location of Met Boutique Hotel is unbeatable for exploring Zagreb. Situated within walking distance of key attractions and vibrant neighborhoods, it provides easy access to both cultural landmarks and trendy spots for dining and shopping.
The rooftop terrace was so nice, the view is beautiful. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Food was so good, but my favorite part was the staff, they were so nice and helpful with everything. If you find yourself in Zagreb, I definitely recommend it, the location is superb - in the centre of the city.

总体来说，我喜欢这个地方，这是一家优秀的酒店，但是距离真正的五星级酒店还是有一定差距。值得夸赞的是，床具舒适、工作人员很友善，并且酒店地理位置非常好。早餐的出品也相当优秀，可能是我在欧洲酒店吃过最好的早餐之一。另外，我喜欢Molton Brown的洗浴用品，这是我最喜欢的品牌之一。缺点也很明显，泳池、健身房等五星级酒店应该具备的设施缺乏。客房内我只找到了咖啡机，而没有咖啡豆或咖啡粉。入住时，也没有任何欢迎饮料。如果说配套设施缺乏的问题暂时难以解决，那么另外两个问题我认为你们应该认真考虑，并做出改变，让这里更接近一个真正的五星级酒店。

Very comfortable place to stay. With a very nice and great hotel reception. We had a swift response once we arrived from a very long trip. And was very impressed by the great people are working here. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The rooms and the restaurant were great as well. My special gratitude to Madam Zeljka and Mr. Mihael. & Mr. Mladen, And the chef Madam Sandra whom is are working behind the scenes for the great job she did. Thank you so much for having us.
The Hotel is well appointed and close to main town square and other attractions. The staff are attentive and don't miss the breakfast upstairs. The city view from there is great, the food is as well. Aten was our fabulous waiter. Dont miss it.

Najgori benedict egg koji sam ikad probao. Na tanjuru je jedno jaje servirano na malom tvrdom kruhu kao frituli, a cijelokupan okus je pokvarilo kiseli umak od gorušćice. Porcija je velicine sushija. Buffet je jako slab i skroman. Osoblje nam je u 10:30 izjavilo da pozurimo jel ce se brzo pospremit posto je dorucak do 11. Nemamo se razloga vise vratiti ovdje.
