I would highly recommend the Mercure. The staff were friendly and helpful (and English speaking if required). Breakfast excellent, including for vegetarians. They kindly upgraded our room, held our luggage after check out, and sorted out our proof of registration to show at the Montenegrin border, which was next on our travels.

Excelente ubicación, aunque las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Hay solo un ascensor para 7 plantas. De todas maneras, vale la pena por su ubicación

Following my stays at London , Berlin and Freising it was Belgrade`s Mercure turn for a stay.And it was a good one.The hotel is very centrally located in a particularly safe area.It is recently renovated with large and very bright rooms that have everything.The cleanliness in all areas of the hotel is outstanding,and the breakfast is sufficient.The front desk is completely functional with excellent staff.I have no words to describe the professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, positive aura and exceptional manners of Milos , who is an asset to the hotel and I hope he is treated accordingly. The 5 stars are not given for two reasons. The first has to do with the dated , small and very slow elevator.Something must be done about it , and also something must be done about the blonde lady at the breakfast team. First acquaintance with her, on the first day I approach her and in my greeting `` qoodmorning , how are you today `` , her response was `` room number `` ! just like that !!. During our entire stay her behavior was bordering on rudeness, sarcastic, making remarks?!!! to the quests. And no , it was not the languange barrier ( her level of non-existent English was unacceptably low for such a hotel ) , it was the body language that characterized her. I'm really sorry to mention this, but this lady is not capable of working in guest service. So overall a positive stay with a great employee .Thank you Milos for everything .See you again

We were nearby and went in to have a lookout of curiosity and interest. Although the lobby is not very large, it is very well decorated. we loved the Persian carpet that was hanging on the wall. Beautifully framed and displayed. Gave the reception a classy and comfortable feel.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and I can say that it is a very comfortable accommodation. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes. It is located in the city center, so it is an ideal location for exploring the city, and the price is acceptable.

Good to be back !!! Wonderful stay! Cozy hotel, very well located. Staff was amazing!!! Even better and more professional than in some 5 star hotels. Room was clean and spacious. They have refurbished it begging of the year. Breakfast was delicious . I'll be back. Highly recommended. Keep it like that 😊

I stayed here for three days in September 2021. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We were there to attend Belgrade Pride, and I can say that the hotel staff were very kind and treated us with great respect.
