We had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Belgrade Excelsior. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Belgrade!

Готель хороший, номер чистий і зручний. Дівчата на рецепції дуже милі й привітні. Паркінгу, на жаль, немає, довелось шукати неподалік. До центру та визначних місць зовсім недалеко, ми всюди ходили пішки.

Geen aanrader en zeker niet als je met de auto komt ze hebben geen parking en sturen je weg naar een parkeer garage en end verder weg het ontbijt Wes en en nagenoeg geen keuze jammer plus het hotel is erg duur voor wat je krijgt jammer zal hier nooit meer komen

Overall a good hotel, location is great, breakfast is acceptable. It is just one elevator, luckily we were on the 1st floor. The room is not the widest in Eastern Europe but definitely not the smallest. Everything is clean and in a fair condition.

Hotel Mercure in Belgrade is a beautiful hotel with heart and soul. With it's excellent location makes a perfect spot for exploration of Belgrade, just steps away from all major tourist attractions. Amazing team, everyone did their best to make our stay trully wonderful! We are looking forward to be back in the near future. :)

Our stay at Hotel Excelsior Belgrade exceeded all expectations. The hotel enjoys a prime location near major attractions, offers clean and comfortable rooms, and stands out for its excellent hospitality. The staff were consistently professional (Mr.Milos was so helpful and such a professional!), polite and eager to assist, making our family trip even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to future guests.

Hotel in posizione fantastica, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus A1 da e per l'aeroporto a Piazza Slavija. A 20 minuti di passeggiata al centro della città a Piazza Repubblica, tutto è molto vicino. Negozi, cafè e market vicini. Staff molto gentile, camera bella, ampia e pulita con bollitore e caffè e te'. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei una seconda volta.

Miła obsługa,ale zostałem zaskoczony, że mój paszport został skopiowany, a numer karty kredytowej oraz trzy cyfrowy numer kontrolny na odwrocie karty zostały zapisane przez recepcjonistę. Sytuacja w której pracownicy hotelu dysponują zarówno kopią paszportu jak i wszystkimi danymni karty kredytowej potencjalnie stwarza duże pole do nadużyć
