מלון מצויין במרכז של המרכז בבלגרד!! ראשית עליי לציין את השירות החם ומכל הלב של כפיר התותח ושל כל צוות המלון. המלון ממוקם בקומה הרביעית בקניון הגדול המרכזי בבלגרד. חדרים גדולים ונקיים מאוד. חדר האוכל והלובי מהממים. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. על גג המלון פאב עם מוזיקה מצויינת המופעלת ע"י די.ג'יי. אווירה נעימה מאוד. תודה רבה כפיר וצוות המלון על שהות נעימה וכייפית. יישר כח !❤️❤️❤️

I had high expectations for this hotel given the premium price, but unfortunately, my stay was a major disappointment. The thermostat in the room was locked at an unbelievably cold 12°C (53°F), and there was no way to adjust it. Despite contacting the front desk, nothing was done to address the issue. Sleeping in such freezing conditions was nearly impossible. I spent a sleepless night shivering, which left me completely exhausted ahead of an extremely important exam and a long drive the next day. For a hotel at this price point, basic comfort — like a controllable room temperature — should be a given. This experience was not only uncomfortable but deeply frustrating. It felt like a complete waste of money and ruined what should have been a restful stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value a good night’s sleep.
