Location is very good however that is where it stops. Air condtioning has been switched off, there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, the rooms are very small, staff are rude. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The location of this hotel is great but there are a few problems. The air-conditioning for the hotel has been turned off. I am part of a big tour group from Australia. Several of us are complaining. The receptionist advised us that this is common in Europe. I'm not sure she is being honest with us. Also the fridge facilities are not working. If you have a choice, I would think twice before booking this hotel.

An der Resepsion ist das Personal unfreundlich, das Bad ist Schimmel befallen. Duschbrause ist kaputt. Für 4 Sterne Hotel nicht mal Ohrstäbschen vorhanden. Verdient vier Sterne nicht. Für den Preis gibt bessere Hotels.
