Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city Service was always good Hurry up in the mornings to eat breakfast before all good thing will be out... Some of the accessories in our room were broken but not something serious The mini bar is too small for 1.5l water

L’hôtel est très beau , très propre et très bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville . Nous avons occupé une chambre donnant sur la rue principale , extrêmement bruyante ! Pas très loin de nous , une chambre avait été louée à des jeunes qui ont passé une grande partie de la nuit à claquer les portes et à crier et cela malgré l’implication du personnel qui a fait tout son possible .

מלון נהדר, ממוקם המיקום סופר מרכזי. ארוחת בוקר טובה בקומה התשיעית עם נוף יפה לעיר ולנהר. ישנו roof top שניתן לעלות אליו. באותה קומה ישנה גם מסעדה. מדי פעם נערכים אירועים פרטיים/מסיבות על הגג, אך מהקומה החמישית לא שמענו כלום והצלחנו לישון טוב. היתה בעיה אחת עם החדר שלנו שלא סודרה במהלך כל שהותנו למרות שפנינו לקבלה והתלוננו על זה חלש מאוד במקלחת. בסך הכל חוויה מאוד טובה, המיקום מעולה והשירות טוב.

We had a wonderful stay at Lumiere. We arrived in the middle of the night looking for a room and were warmly welcomed. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.

Bu otel ve ekibi ozellikle resepsiyon Anjelina hanım, benim gittiğim günkü diğer ekip çok güleryüzlü ,yardımcı olmak için uğraşıyorlar. Odalarda geniş ve ferah.Temizlikte çok iyi hergün yenilendi.Kahvalti bölümü de çok dolu ,ekip çok çalışkan.Çok memnun olarak ayrıldık.Bütün şehirlerde bu otel ve bu ekip olsa hayat daha kolay olur.
