Really nice rooms, good breakfast. Book your parking in advance, there are only a few in front of the hotel, disadvantage for me, but great location if you look for city centre

This hotel is a sort of trap. Expect old building with poor noise isolation between the rooms, old windows letting outside noise in. It had renovation but long ago. Also the hotel cheats offering SPA (Sanitas Per Aquam = health through water) but the water is missing, as there is only sauna and massage available. Regarding parking, reception guys do what they can but the truth is there's nowhere to park and your car is taken away overnight. Hotel does not have a central location as someone mentioned here. It is 15-20 minute walk to the Jelačič square.

There was no bartender at their bar, and when we called down for a bottle opener as the rooms had wine and nothing to open then - they said they only had one and came up from the restaurant to open. Seemed a bit odd to me. The receptionists were great, and overall a good experience - but seemed under staffed or maybe an off weekend. Waiting about 30 minutes in a quiet room, before just going to the restaurant.

Hotellet ligger på en passe avstand fra busstasjonen og fra gamlebyen med katedralen. Vi fant oss til rette med en gang. Alt fungerte utmerket, jeg forsto litt sent hvordan rommet skulle mørklegges. Personale var meget hyggelig og anbefalte en god italiensk restaurant i nærheten.

We stopped for an overnight stay in Zagreb. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and centrally located, making it easy to walk to the city center. We had two reserved rooms—one for us and one for our friends. The first room was on the first floor with a view of the street, and it was quite noisy, especially if you needed to open the window. The second room was on the same floor but faced the inner courtyard. It was a dark room, quieter but significantly smaller.

Tophotel in het centrum van Zagreb. Ruime kamers voorzien van alle comfort. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren voor het hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parking is wel prijzig maar handig en gelijkaardige prijs dan betalende parkings in de buurt overal betalend parkeren. Aanrader dus.
