Un établissement un peu surprenant au premier abord avec une entrée par l'arrière de l'immeuble et seulement 35 chambre dans ce très grand bâtiment mais un véritable coup de coeur !!|Un hall peut-être un peu froid mais une chambre extrêmement confortable digne d'un 5*, un service très attentionné digne, là encore, d'un établissement international, un restaurant pour les petits-déjeuners peut-être un peu surprenant mais un buffet particulièrement copieux et varié .|La dominante chinoise des choix de plats pourra probablement surprendre mais il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire tous les goûts et, si je fais référence aux commentaires, de très gros progrès ont été faits pour satisfaire une clientèle internationale.|Coup de coeur donc pour le LDS Hotel Belgrade mais coup de coeur surtout pour son personnel.|Plusieurs personnes ont déjà été nommées dans les commentaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité et je ne peux que le confirmer... A la réception dans la journée, vous trouverez Aleksandra, Maria, Marina et Marko et la nuit, vous croiserez Aleksander mais ils ont tous en commun, durant mon séjour de 4 nuits, d'avoir été toujours disponibles, souriants, efficaces et extrêmement gentils et rien que pour eux je reviendrai avec très grand plaisir au LDS Hotel Belgrade !|Je ne veux surtout pas oublier Boris au petit-déjeuner.|La communication était réduite car nous en parlions que quelques mots de la langue de l'autre mais vous rencontrerez quelqu'un de particulièrement gentil et professionnel.|Je comparais le LDS Hotel Belgrade à un hôtel 5* mais quand Boris m'a apporté le second jour, sans que je demande rien, une théière remplie d'eau chaude dont j'avais eu besoin la veille afin de mélanger à mon café voilà qui est vraiment le signe d'un service 5* !|Un détail important... Certaines chambres donnent à l'intérieur d'un atrium et cela peut gêner !|N'hésitez pas à demander une chambre sur l'extérieur... Nice hotel in building housing the Chinese Cultural Centre in New Belgrade, next to the Japanese embassy. The corner room on the third floor was spacious and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the view from the windows is minimal owing to the creative design of the building facade. There was quite some noise - loud music, talking - during the daytime (9-18:00) coming from the offices on the floor above the room. Another letdown was that the only elevator was not working during the two days of my stay there (no sign of repair on the second day, despite assurances from the staff). Breakfast (largely Chinese style) was good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Full marks for service!

Gleich vorweg, was man vielleicht nicht sofort beim Buchen merkt - das Hotel ist auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet. Es ist selbst sehr schön, das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und gemütlich, sowie kaum abgewohnt. Wie aber schon viele zuvor geschrieben haben, empfehle ich europäischen Gästen nicht das Frühstück, außer man steht auf Eierreis, Acht Schätze und Co zum Frühstück. Es gibt kein Brot, Gebäck, oder Weckerl und der Kaffee ist unterirdisch, was ich nicht verstehen kann, da überall sonst in Belgrad sehr guter Kaffee serviert wird. Zum Übernachten aber wirklich empfehlenswert, die Busse sind gleich ums Eck und ein großes Einkaufszentrum nicht weit. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und grün. Frühstücken sollte man aber auswärts.

地毯清洁不到位，对鼻炎患者简直是地狱般的折磨，过敏到肺气肿，半夜开车找药店买西替利嗪，经常出差跑多个国家酒店，过敏成这样子也是人生头一回！室内窗户无法打开，通气不良，开空调后吹入的灰尘加重过敏所以不得不关掉。窗户不隔音，凌晨一点了窗外还有超大声的说话声，像剧场回声一样不绝耳！卫生间还未使用就发现有未清理干净的女式长发。130欧的价位这种服务我觉得有待改进！
